I am posting casting information in my Big Brother 11 Area. As has been the case for the last few seasons - this site is mostly an archive at this point of the older shows - the only area I keep up to date is the Big Brother Pages. See you there!!

There are those that said “Reality” Television had seen its best days years ago, yet the quality reality shows keep on coming back for another season. Big Brother was one of those very early shows - season one was on at the same tme as season one of Survivor.
This past year CBS gave us two seasons of Big Brother due to the writers strike and I feel it was a bit much. I am a HUGE fan of the CBS show so it was a good and a bad thing - my concern was that with 60+ episodes of Big Brother on the air in one year - people would grow tired of it.
It was just announced late last week that Big Brother will be back for an eleventh season - however not until next summer. So no spring replacement and those of us that watch both the shows and the live feeds will have lots of time to recover.
So mark your calendars for July 2009 - that is when you can expect to see this site hopping again with Big Brother news.

As I should have known I just didn’t do a good job at all keeping up on the other reality shows I had hoped to follow. I watched most of them but just didn’t have the interest to write down my thoughts. Heck I still have Amazing Race to watch on my DVR!
However with BB9 starting in two weeks I want to let everyone know THAT area will be in full swing. So click on over to my Big Brother 9 area to see what is going on.

CBS has announced that Big Brother 9 will begin on February 12th (a Tuesday). The schedule will be a bit different that last season with episodes airing on Tuesdays, Wednesdays (instead of Thursdays) and Sundays.
CBS also said that there would still be a summer edition of Big Brother as well.

Well howdy folks. Before I touch on BB9 let me say hi and sorry to not be updating.
As much as part of me wants to, I just am not watching all these shows on a regular basis. Thanks to TIVO I have everything recorded and I catch up when I can but as of today I haven’t watched any episode from all the shows (AR, Dancing, Kid Nation and Survivor) this week. Busy busy busy!
But enough of that, with the writers on strike, the networks are getting ready for things to air when the ‘new’ episodes run out (January seems to be the common time). This week they announced casting for Big Brother 9 which may air in February.
Check out my Big Brother 9 area for any updates.

Here are two more shows that kind of slipped my mind. I think Biggest Loser is into its third week or so and Dancing started last week. I’m only half way through last weeks Dancing and need to get a season pass set on my Tivo for Biggest loser.
I did see that the original female trainer was back on Biggest Loser - I wondered why she wasn’t there last season - when I find out I’ll let you know. Yeah, I am very uninformed when it comes to most reality shows other than Big Brother.
Dancing with the Stars seems really heavy on the not so well known ‘celebrities’ - I mean I am sure a lot of America is familiar with the ‘Cheetah Girls’ but are they that popular in general or just for a very specific part of the population? Then again I guess some would say the same about Mark Cuban or anyone else on the show. I better catch up cause I don’t even know who was voted out last week!
