Let the Cattiness Begin. Rachel and Kristen Round 1, 2 and 3.
July 30th, 2010So some folks are asking – what the hell set off Kristen and Rachel last night at the end of the television show?
It seems that after Rachel won the HoH competition she announced to the house that she had heard Kristen and Hayden kissing the night before in the bedroom the three of them shared. I have checked this and they actually didn’t from what I see – you can see for yourself by going to 7/28 at 2:15am on Cameras 3 & 4 using the flashback feature of the live feeds. All they did that night was hold hands across the gap between their two beds for about 30 minutes. Andrew did indeed here they kiss on several nights – but the they didn’t in the room when Rachel was with them.
What the Television viewers saw when the show was ending Thursday night was Kristen saying Rachel was lying and that she and Hayden didn’t kiss as Rachel had implied.
Once the house guests got back into the house – Kristen went to the “Cabana” room and pretty much stayed there. She was joined by different people at different times. Things finally came to a head when Rachel decided to go into the Cabana room. Rachel intentionally walked in to the and the two of them exchanged words starting with Kristen telling Rachel not to smirk at her. It was about a 6th grade level conflict.
Flashback to 11:07pm on Cameras 3 & 4 (depending on the view you want) to see this conflict.
Once Rachel storms out of the room switch to cams 1 & 2 at 11:09pm on flashback where Rachel complains to Brendon (the video seems to cut in and out but the audio stays). Brendon has to calm Rachel down because she wants to go back into the Cabana room.
It went on with Brendon & Rachel on Camera 1 at 11:18pm when Rachel tells Brendon she wants to dump a glass of soda on Kristen’s head. He then follows her to the bathroom to keep her from going in. This is all because, according to Rachel, she wants to talk to her ‘friend’ Britney and she is in the Cabana Room talking to Kathy and Kristen. I have to hand it to Brendon – he sticks with her and babysits her – keeping her from re-starting the fight.
At 11:32pm on the Quad Cam – Rachel asks who wants to see her HoH room and everyone except Kristen heads up. As they stand outside the door Rachel asks, “Is this everyone? Oh yeah, after this week it will be!” (implying Kristen will be gone).
Should be a week full of catty moments!
