Monday, Power of Veto Ceremony Today, Day 24
July 25th, 2011Currently: Rachel HoH. Dominic and Adam Nominated. Brendon didn’t use the POV. Daniele, Porsche and Shelly have gold keys. Rachel on slop for a week but can have food & drink from her basket. Jordan won luxury competition.
10:30pm No meeting yet – they are playing silly games out back as a group – match game – dating game – etc.
9pm Brendon just asked Jeff about having a meeting up in the HoH room in a bit. Might be bringing all 5 vets together to discuss thing. But first they are playing pool.
7pm No real major developments over the last five hours. Daniele knows her game is really messed up – Dominic is pretty sure he is going home. There MAY be a meeting of the Vets tonight – Jeff and Brendon really want to put the screws to Daniele and make her squirm a little.
The most interesting moment I saw was at 3:39pm on feeds 3 & 4 where Shelly cornered Daniele in the bathroom and asked her if she was telling people she was the one suggesting the ‘backdooring’ of Jeff (indeed Daniele IS the one that was saying it), Daniele completely denied it but I don’t think Shelly bought it. Only a minute talk but it was really ‘awkward’ to quote Daniele.
2:15pm I think Daniele is re-grouping since now either Dominic or Adam will leave the house on Thursday. I believe the plan is to make her think Adam will be going home and then vote out Dominic.
2:05pm Brendon and Daniele talk briefly in the kitchen – Brendon says they need to talk as a group in the HoH later. Daniele is implying Shelly was the one suggesting they get rid of Jeff.
1:30pm Feeds came back and Brendon didn’t use the POV – I am expecting more drama and fireworks today and tonight. Stay tuned!
12:30pm Power of Veto it going on. Right before Jeff and Brendon were in the HoH room talking about the situation. Jeff is really frustrated with some of the Hgs that he feels have been conspiring against him. He says Daniele keeps avoiding him so it is HER that is not talking to him. He and Brendon may try to get all five vets up together in the HoH later to work on things – to at least try to smooth them over – not that they trust Daniele any more.
11:30am Wow – things are getting a little crazy. I don’t think Brendon will use the POV but there is a tiny possibility he might. Jeff and Dominic kinda got into things a bit according to Dominic (who told Daniele). Dominic told Jeff that no one was trying to backdoor him and he didn’t get why he was so paranoid.
11am Daniele is up in the HoH room ripping into Brendon – same stuff she has been saying for the last 12 hours – that THEY (B&R) wanted her to work with Dominic and now they are going to vote him out? This is a huge sticking point for her. She is also trying to pull Rachel into the conversation knowing that Rachel is more sympathetic towards her.
Earlier Brendon and Rachel pulled Lawon into the HoH and told him Kalia and Daniele were trying to get him out of the house and they wanted to work with him. Mostly empty promises since Brendon has no plans to put up Lawon and Kalia.
9am Shelly is up – chances are BB will wake up the rest of the house shortly.
7:15am Everyone sleeping – it was a pretty early night last night with the HGs mostly settled down by 3:30 – but Lawon and Dominic did stay up chatting in the HoH room until close to 5am.
Late Night:
Rest of the night: Hgs out back found a big moth and freaked out – while inside some Hgs were telling stories. Then after Brendon went to bed he and Rachel um… did things. Game wise the last big convo was between Jeff, Rachel and Brendon below.
2am Shelly popped in right after Dominic left – checking in because she has noticed Daniele talking to Rachel – worried that something is changing. Right now Shelly thinks Adam is still the target and Brendon and Rachel didn’t tell her different (yet) – but later she implied Dominic was going – so maybe I mis-heard. No matter – Jeff and Jordan want Dominic out and Shelly will vote how they want – and Brendon and Rachel want Dom out too.
After Shelly left Brendon blew up at Rachel for always saying Daniele is such a good player – saying he will destroy Daniele and Rachel has to believe in ‘them’ and he doesn’t want her doubting ‘us.’
Jeff then popped in and Brendon and Rachel calmed down. No real news here – Jeff just making sure things are fine. They tell Jeff that they think Daniele coached Dominic on what to say to them.
1:30am Dominic talked to Rachel and Brendon in the HoH room from at least 12:45am to around 1:15am. I think Brendon was pretty much giving Dominic lip service. Dominic seemed to be saying a lot of things that Daniele suggested he say. Dominic did say he would be going after Jeff if he stayed in the house saying that he and Daniele paired up with Brendon and Rachel would be unstoppable. After Dominic left Brendon said it was all a show to make Dominic and Daniele feel comfortable.
