Big Brother Day 31 – Power of Veto Ceremony Today – Monday
August 1st, 2011Currently: Daniele is HoH. Brendon and Jordan Nominated. Brendon used the POV to save Rachel. Have Nots are Jordan, Brendon and Lawon.
11:45pm The dancing was at 10:59pm and over by 11:01pm. Blink and you miss it 
Shelly decides to CLEAN afterwards – that woman has some serious issues! Tomorrow is a fake wedding from Brendon and Rachel.
9:55pm The HGs are planning a pretend bachelor and bachelorette party for Brendon and Rachel tonight but it has yet to occur. I’ll be going to bed – I’ll check it out in the morning using the flashback feature of the live feeds.
6:30pm The campaigning has started. Brendon and Rachel have already talked to Shelly, Porsche and Adam about keeping Brendon over Jordan – saying to Porsche that is she votes to evict Jordan that Jeff will be mad at Brendon and Jordan and not her, promising Adam 3 weeks of ‘safety.’ Seven votes this week so you need 4 to evict. Rachel and Porsche may be locks to evict Jordan – coming up with two more will be the tough ones.
Jordan is paranoid that she might go because Brendon and Rachel don’t seem as upset as she expected – she thinks they must have some deals. Daniele checked with Adam a bit ago and he confirmed to her that Brendon and Rachel are trying to work deals but the effort will fail.
2:20pm Not much to really report, Jordan is feeling a bit like she might go home – but the others are telling her she is safe. Rachel has ups and downs. There is no doubt in my mind Jordan is safe this week and Brendon will go home on Thursday. Things quiet in general in the house.
11:45pm As predicted. Brendon used the POV and saved Rachel – Daniele put up Jordan against him.
11:05pm Trivia while the Power of Veto Ceremony goes on. Brendon asked Daniele about the possibility that she nominate Lawon if he uses the POV and she replied she didn’t think she could.
10:45am Everyone is up and waiting for the Power of Veto ceremony. People still think that Brendon will use the POV to save himself, but he will save Rachel. While this won’t create much drama it might be interesting to see if Rachel starts trying to get Jordan voted out.
4:50am HGs sleeping away. Rachel continues to sleep in the Have Not room even though she doesn’t need to – that is why she can use the non-have not pillows and blanket.
Late Night: Last I had looked in Brendon and Rachel had been making a pitch to Daniele to work with her and have her put someone up that could be voted out against either of them. Daniele never committed and I didn’t know for sure yet whom she would put up – but Kalia came in a bit later and Daniele confided to her that she plans to put up Jordan. That is the person she has been considering because she feels she is the most likely to stay over Brendon or Rachel and she is probably right. Daniele also spoke with Porsche alone and each told the other how they couldn’t really trust Rachel and Brendon – Daniele telling Porsche that the pair had planned to get Porsche out before the Jury and Porsche telling Daniele that she thought Jeff and Jordan would be more loyal to Daniele than Brendon and Rachel.
