Power of Veto Ceremony Today – Crazy Developments in the Big Brother House.
August 8th, 2011Currently: Kalia is HoH – Lawon and Rachel nominated – Jeff won & used the POV. Have nots are Jeff, Jordan, Shelly and Rachel.

Today Early this morning Lawon volunteered to have himself nominated. SCROLL DOWN to the “Late Night” info to see flashback times for the crazyness. Yesterday morning I thought Adam would go up as Jeff’s replacement, then last night I thought it would be Porsche.
10:05pm Daniele and Kalia have been talking in the bathroom but are now done. Analyzing things – but they think they have the votes to kick out Rachel if they want – so right now their game is in trouble. Of course if they don’t decide to vote out Rachel they will never know that they don’t have the control they think. Elsewhere in the house some HGs are playing a memory game they made out of tea bags – with nail polish initials on the bags.
8:45pm I”ll be filling in the last 6 hours shortly – but to be honest there haven’t been any real new developments – Lawon is still nominated 
2:40pm Things have settled down – some HGs have gone back to bed. I’d expect a quiet afternoon but there is much to digest!
2pm Kalia told Lawon to calm down, then she and Daniele had a long discussion – trying to understand why some of the other Hgs seem ‘happy’ that Lawon is up. Kalia says they are all supposed to think that Lawon is just a pawn – the problem is that Kalia and Daniele think they have control over Adam and Shelly’s votes – and they don’t. While Kalia and Daniele expect Lawon to be voted out on Thursday – they want to threaten Rachel before the vote to get her loyalty. I don’t think it is going to happen.
1:15pm Everyone in the house seems to know Lawon volunteered but Lawon keeps saying he didn’t.
11:50am Feeds came back a while ago – Jeff is no longer nominated and Lawon is now up in his place. Lawon is acting completely upset – and Shelly, knowing that he volunteered, kept asking him if he was lying – he swears he knew nothing ahead of time.

10:35am And now Rachel walks out back and Jeff, Jordan and Shelly tell Rachel there is a chance Kalia may nominate someone besides Adam and she has a chance to stay. Rachel says if she stays and wins HoH she would go after Kalia and Daniele or Kalia and Lawon. However – when all this was being discussed Kalia and Daniele said they would make Rachel SWEAR to not go after either of them.
10:30am Shelly just told Jordan that Lawon volunteered to go up. Jordan can’t believe it.
10am Everyone is now up – the plan is STILL on for Kalia to nominate Lawon when Jeff uses the POV.
At 9:55am Kalia and Lawon spoke briefly – it is obvious Lawon still expects to go up. Earlier Adam and Shelly discussed Lawon possibly going up – Adam feels anyone that volunteers to go up should be voted out.
8:50am Everyone still sleeping.
5am Adam, Porsche and Daniele are just now finally going to sleep. The’ve been talking with the lights off in the candy bedroom about previous seasons of Big Brother.
Late Night: What a crazy late night! Lawon brought his name up as a suggestion to be the person to replace Jeff – thinking that the evictee will return to the house right away. Daniele and others sound willing to go along with it. More details later on when I can go back and get specific flashback times. This might end up being the all time dumbest move in Big Brother history if Lawon is evicted and then loses in a competition against Cassi or Dominic and is eliminated from Big Brother 13.
Flashback times to watch this insanity:
- 12:48am cams 1/2 – this is where is first really seems to begin with Daniele mostly joking to Kalia to put HER up – then Dani says to put up Lawon since he volunteered (Lawon is in the room when this happens).
- 12:54am cam 1/2 Lawon seems to be considering it – Porsche is in the room now as well.
- 1:06am cam 1/2 Daniele clarifies how she met Brendon before the show – how she IS NOT his friend and met him once while out partying and he blew her and the others with her off.
- 1:24am Feeds cam 1/2 return after a break – we find Kalia and Daniele alone in the HoH room – reacting to Lawon’s crazy suggestion that he would be willing to be voted out.
- 1:32am cam 3/4 Kalia tells Shelly about Lawon volunteering to go up – Shelly thinks he is crazy but then says, “Fine with me.”
- 1:42am cam 1/2 Lawon says if he goes up he can play the ‘mad’ roll and try to ‘spy’ on the other hgs for information.
- 1:53pm Cam 1/2 Daniele has Lawon tell Kalia about his ‘plan’ to gather info. To me it is just Daniele stroking Lawon’s ego and encouraging this crazy plan.
- 2:07am – cam 1/2 Dani, Lawon and Porsche back in the Candy Room – talking about this master plan to vote out Lawon. Dani says to Lawon, “This is your moment to shine.”
