Sunday – TV Show Tonight – Slow Day In The House
August 2nd, 2009Today: Michele won the POV yesterday and has no plans to use it tomorrow. She told Ronnie around 4am this morning that she isn’t using it on anyone so now he will just be trying to get votes. The HGs will continue to speculate on the “power” since they have no clue when it will be revealed (voting ends Tuesday). All in all today should be pretty quiet unless there is some unexpected luxury competition.

9:50pm Chima and Ronnie were still hanging out in the Pool Bedroom talking and Russel felt like they were conspiring. Natalie and then Jesse both came back and told Chima she really shouldn’t be seen talking to Ronnie (in front of Ronnie no less). Eventually Chima left Ronnie and went outside – but now she has pulled Michele into the Green room to talk some more. The rest of the house except for Ronnie is outside.
8:30pm Natalie has advised Chima to lay off Russel to avoid conflict (Jesse passed on Russel’s complaints to Natalie). Currently Ronnie it yacking away to Chima – I guess Chima is willing to listen since she is sort of on the outs with Russel at the moment. A bit ago Russel broke the elliptical – or rather the elliptical broke while he was on it.
6:55pm Have to say – as I predicted it has been a very quiet day in the house.
Kevin gets an extra day on slop as a penalty for eating a tiny bit of food accidentally.
The editing on the show tonight was interesting. They didn’t show Jordan not picking the brains and Jesse getting drawn AFTER she was told not to include Jeff. Although I didn’t see themtry to sway things towards Jeff – actually that worries me a bit. Right now Russell is venting to Jesse that Natalie and Chima especially are being really catty towards Russel that he is spending more time with Michele and Jeff now.
3:20pm Sunning in the backyard and inside Chima and Kevin talking. None of the conversation game related at this point. Oh wait – Ronnie just inserted himself into Kevin and Chima’s conversation.
1:30pm The only game play going on is Ronnie still trying to work people and Michele, Jess, Russel and Lydia in the pool playing with a new pool toy mini basketball & hoop). Ronnie is still trying but I think part of him knows he is probably going.
10am Long break – presuming the final wake up call as Jesse and Natalie are the only ones that moved after the first one. HGs will get up – eat and probalby re-position themselves for more naps. Today will not have much game play going on. Get out – enjoy the day yourselves BB fans and tune in tonight for the TV show! I’ll check back in a bit – I myself have stuff to do!!
9:08am Wake up call. Natalie and Jessie run to change their batteries and then head to the Green Room where they can sleep. Big Brother is not enforcing the ‘can’t sleep anywhere else’ rule – I guess yesterday Natalie and Jesse snuck out before Kevin so they could get that room. Natalie says to Jesse she is mad that Kevin has not been called out for eating other food (Kevin has slipped a couple times since he was a made Have Not).
8:45am The house is sleeping away. Here is Kevin, Natalie and Jesse in the ‘cold’ bedroom.
5:30am Natalie and Jesse are finally heading to bed after hanging out in the Green Room until now scheming. Nothing of note since they have talked about the same stuff over and over.
4:15am Ronnie talked to Michele – implies he is working on things – that ’someone’ (Russel) is thinking about things and will let him know their thoughts tomorrow. He tries to imply there is still some big alliance. Michele straight up tells him that she will not be using the POV and Ronnie says he thinks that is the ’smart’ move (lol). Ronnie goes ON and ON about why keeping him is the best thing for her – including pointing out a she may be perceived as a floater. What he doesn’t realize is that she has considered this and is already working on aliances – they just don’t include him. Michele tells him she doesn’t want any more apologies, he isn’t a ’straight shooter.’
3:30am Ronnie was told by Natalie that the POV is not going to be used. He shows up at Russel’s door and talks alone to Russel. His vice is quavering as he talks to Ronnie – pretty much begging Ronnie to be kept in the house – talking about the ‘team’ and how he never betrayed Russel. Ronnie also says he will go after Jeff and Jordan if he stays in the house, not knowing that Russel has been aligning himself with them earlier in the day and just an hour or so ago with Michele. Russel apologies for the things he has said to Ronnie – Russel tells Ronnie he will ‘marinate on it.’
2:30am After Michele left the HoH room – Jesse and Natalie got ahold or Russell and grilled Russell about what he was doing talking with Michele for so long. Jesse tries to convince Russel that Michele is a floater – only goes to people with the power. He doesn’t know that Michele has revealed tings to Russel that she hasn’t told anyone else.
In the Red Bedroom, the rest of the group save Ronnie are talking. Kevin keeps forgetting he is a “Have Not” and has to sleep in the cold bedroom. Michele gets Jordan to give up her bed so she (Michele) doesn’t have to sleep in the “Pool” bedroom with Ronnie. Jeff and Jordan move in there.
1am Michele and Russel hanging out in the HoH room – opening up to each other. Michele reveals she has a PhD in Neuroscience to Russell. The two talk for over an hour and seem to reach a tentative agreement to work together and to work with Jordan and Jeff as well.
Kevin and Lydia were bashing on Jesse and Natalie in the recycle room.
