Wednesday, day 39 on Big Brother – HoH Pictures
August 12th, 2009Today: Another mostly quiet day. Chima wrote her HoH blog and they took pictures. BB pulled a semi-transparent screen over the back yard – the reason is unclear. Rumors are out that Thursdays show will be taped as the studio audience has been asked to show up 2 1/2 hours early. HGs had a “halfway” party from 6-8pm tonight.
Coup d’Etat: Will he – won’t he? Last night Jeff told Michele he would use it if he had it. So looks like he plans on using it.
9:50pm Jesse and Russel are having words in the splash room, Jesse was pretty much calling out Russel for trying to make nice with people that he has been mean to in the past. It got pretty heated for a while but then changed and they both ended up laughing – Jesse saying he doesn’t blame Russel for doing what he has to do.
But before they started laughing Michele and Jordan headed up to the HoH room where all the women are. They are all complaining about Russel – thats gonna make it hard on Jeff to keep him.
7:45 Feeds have returned. Michele, Jeff and Jordan chatting in the green room – Kevin and Chima in the HoH room.
6:55pm Feeds have been blocked for about an hour while the HGs party – celebrating the halfway mark of the season.
5:45pm Jeff and Jordan being their flirty selves in the green room. In the red bedroom Jesse says he will take a quick nap but is now filling Natalie in on the ways he has been trying to convince Jeff not to save Russel – pointing out how Russel was gunning for Jeff pretty recently.
5:30pm The HGs will be having a ‘halfway’ point party. By my count it is day 39 which actually is probably more than halfway. Recent seasons have been around 70 some days. HGs will all get to eat – including the four have-nots from 6pm-8pm. My guess if BB may play music too so the feeds may be blocked – we’ll see.
5:15pm Catch up time for me – HGs are now locked down inside – sounds like until tomorrows show. Rumors are circulating that the show may not be ‘live’ tomorrow night. A tarp has been pulled over the back yard – HGs speculate it might be for Fridays competition. Seems to me it was to keep HGs from seeing banners last year.
4pm Picture time! Notice one HG is missing. I guess he wasn’t invited.
11:20am Russel floating in the pool, Jeff and Jordan on the hammock, everyone else on the couch. Opps – lockdown over. So many of the HGs head right back into their beds inside.
11am Outside lockdown.
9:40am HG wake up call
8am HGs soundly sleeping.
5am Jeff Jordan ended up back outside talking as to not be overheard – and Jesse, Natalie, Lydia and Kevin hung out in the Green room – talking a lot of sex talk to be honest and little game. Jeff and Jordan were asleep in their own beds by 3:30am and some of the others stayed up until after 4:30.
2am Jeff and Jorden went to bed in the splash room – well they snuggle there every night b4 Jeff heads off to the cold bedroom. They talked about the things they had discussed with Michele and Russel. In the Green room Jesse, Kevin, Lydia and Natalie conspired on how to ‘fix’ any majority rules HoH competition. Guess we won’t see that again this week.
1am Just around 12am Jeff told Michele that if he had the power he would use it. So I would assume we can take that as a sign he intends to. Jordan also talked to Russel where Russel explained his position – that he wants to work with Jeff now.
