"A CBS spokesperson told TVgameshows.net this afternoon contestant Brandon Showalter was asked to leave Big Brother 4 by producer Arnold Shapiro after a pre-debut sequestering period for the show's residents.
     "(The sequestering period) gives the producers a final chance to see how the participants will perform in a situation similar to the show," said network spokeswoman Kate Fisher. "Brandon struggled with it. He went a bit stir-crazy. The producers think he's a good kid. That wasn't the problem."
     Miller would not confirm or deny online reports the 28-year-old Showalter was dropped for attempting to make a call to his girlfriend. "I can't confirm or deny that," Fisher told TVgameshows.net. "It's quite possible he did but I cannot confirm that."" Full Article

Sunday - Brandon removed - but blank left where he was.

Monday - New Blank between Jack & Jun.  Brandon's blank gone.

According to her the link to sign up for the live feeds will go up tommorow afternoon.   I would assume the link will be this one : http://www.real.com/partners/bigbrother/ which currently shows the BB3 info.

$24.95 for the Big Brother 'season pass' (vs $9.95 a month for the Real Superpass - which is what I got). 

She told me that the "free trial" will only be for 7 days starting tommorow (vs 14 currently).  I dunno if I believe that but thats what she said. So if you want to sign up for the 14 day free trial you might want to do it today. 

The feeds will be the same as last year. 4 feeds AND the Quad Cam. 

She also said (she was reading a paper with all the info) that the Challenges will be blocked and the feeds will be blocked during the live show (no surprise).  The last thing she added was that "Adult Content" (nudity, etc) will be censored as well - a request by CBS. 

Now I am not sure if that was their policy last year - it might have been and we all know that nudity made it through.  But if its a new policy then be prepared for lots of FOTH whenever there is potential 'nakedness.'

13 HGs - there will be 13 HG's - and they were put up in a hotel yesterday so the details are coming out. 

7 Men, 6 Women

8 of the contestants will have "Ex's" in the house with them (I assume its 4 men and 4 women - but that might very well be wrong).  So 5 players (3 men, 2 women) won't have former relations in the house.

No one casted knows about the "X-factor" - one advantage to this new twist should be less FOTH time since some of them can gossip all they want about the ex without worries because they have each signed releases.  For us the problem will be most of those stories will probably have been told before the cameras go live on July 8th.

The show  will include the show's youngest-ever (19) and oldest (59) houseguests. 

No one in this year's cast is married.

Starting with the 5th banished HG - all eliminated HG's will be sequestered and not allowed to watch or keep tabs on the show.

The sequestered HGs will also be taped and shown on the show, although it is not clear if live feeds will be available for those HGs.

We can only assume this is part of the twist (Year one had 10 HGs, year 2 & 3 had 12).  I am not going to toss out a bunch of theories here, there is plenty of that going on all over the net, you can check out the TVClubhouse for starters!! :)
