8/4/04 Just when I thought there would be no talking or "strategizing' today for the vote - the Four Horsemen (Drew, Michael, Jase and Drew) put the pressure on several of the houseguests to get the "swing vote" that would assure Scott would not be evicted tommorow night.

It seems that Scott decided to go all out, knowing that he needed a vote to stay from either Karen, Will, Jennifer or Adria.  I don't think Drew participated much in these little pressure sessions - he knows he is seen as the least threatening of the "Four Horsemen."

They went after Karen - telling her that if she did not vote to save Scott she would be out of the house next week no matter who gets HoH.  The end result of this pressure seems to have made Karen even more resolved to vote Scott out.  Strike One!

Next up was Jennifer - pressure was applied explaining how they had saved her the two times she has been nominated - she didn't really budge.  Strike Two!

Lastly they went after Adria - with lots more pressure about promises she made last week (errr - guys that was if she got HoH...) the guys push hard to get her to save Scott.  She doesn't give in but they do cause her lots of grief.  I am NOT sure how she voted - still waiting to see an indication on the feeds as she just came out of the Diary Room (1:45pm).  Strike Three??
 

The scrambling has cause lots of stress in the house - Karen seems particularly paranoid (thats what happens when you straddle the fence Karen).  She has lost a lot of faith in Adria.   In the HoH room - Jennifer told Will that she was told by Scott that Adria swore on the bible last week when she was making promises to not vote them out - Jennifer said that is why Scott was telling Adria she was going to hell last night.  For what its worth - I don't recall Adria swearing on any bible - I suspect she would have refused. So after Adria went in to vote (she was the last to vote this week) - the "four horsemen" decided that they are just going to go wild next week

 - to shake things up and have fun.  Like other casts during Big Brother - they think theirs is the best cast and they must be very popular (errrrrrr - nothing special guys).

Of course none of them know that tommorow will see the introduction of a new Houseguest - they may just forget about their plans to shake things up when they officially meet Natalie.
