Room by room here are the major points:

Starting at the back is the "Cloud Bedroom" - the room with 2 double beds.  Looks about the same except they have better 'shades' between this and the room next door (looked like chemically activated blinds built into the glass).	Up next is the "Wood Bedroom" - again this room looks pretty much the same as it did last year.
The Living Room looks much the same with - just new furniture and paint.	Where the bar stools stood last year is now a shark tank.  The cameras will be able to shoot through the tank.
Looks like the same table but notice they mooved the door to the outside.  It looks to be a sliding glassdoor this year as well.	I think the reason for the new door is the expanded kitchen.  Cabinets have been added on the wall by the bigger fridge.
Perhaps the biggest change is the last bedroom, the one next to the bathroom.  Its now a "Cement Room" and it appears everything is made of concrete with the exception of the foam pads the HGs can sleep on.  There are now four single beds in this room.	Bathroom appears to be the same.
The Basketball court is gone and has been replaced by a putting green (HUH???) - they have also installed an area to practice kick-boxing.  The other backyard items are still there (Pool, hottub, hammock).  Alison mentions a clothes dryer as if it is a new item - umm its not.  No washing machine as always but they have always had a clothes dryer.
