7/12/05   Big Brother 6 Episode #2 - PAGE 2 (Page-1, 3)

Back from commercial.

Eric is shown talking with several HGs - about his job as a firefighter.  How there is a brotherhood among firefighters.  He got quote emotional about this topic.

Ivette tells the camera that she connected with him and others are shown talking about how they admire him.

Outside ont he hammock we see Eric and Ivette plotting.  Eric says he now has a second alliance with Ivette.  Ivette says that Eric is her backbone in the game.  Ivette tells Eric she is working on Beau - Eric says he does not trust him (those in the know know that Ivette and Beau are one of the 'pairs').  Ivette goes on to explain the order she would like the women eliminated: Ashlea, Janelle, Jennifer, Maggie....
 

Eric tells her that it is the best case scenerio. Back to Rachel looking for the secret room. Rachel finds a compass in the living room, she uses this to get a 'sense of direction (part of the clue from BB).  She waits and waits and finally checks out the compas - on the back was a clue written in backwards script - directions to a door in the main bedroom.

Rachel finds the secret room located behind a panel in the main bedroom.  She climbs in the room all the while Sarah is sleeping in the main bedroom.  She finds a key and 3 safes in the bedroom (the key does not open any of the safes) and uses a peep hole to look out into the bedroom.  As she looks out Kaysar almost catches her.  She finally manages to sneak back out of the gold bedroom and we get...

Rachel is back talking about the key and trying to figgure out what it went to.  As it turns out it was pretty simply - the key unlocked the cover on the Hot Tub (gee - my guess is this all happened over a week ago).  She tells everyone she found the magic key to unlock the hot tub and there is much rejoicing.  Beau says the 'spa' is absolutley fabulous.

Howie says the spa is a great environment to have chicks hit on him.

Rachel is shown revealing that she has discovered the extra room.... she tells everyone that it is a very nice room and she wants to share it with them all.  The HGs use the lazy susan built into the dining room table to select which two HGs get to sleep in the gold room.  It appears they rotate two people each night.

Now we get some reactions to the fact that Rachel didn't reveal the secret until she had solved it - Maggie and Eric both are quoted on the fact saying it does not make her look 'good.'

On to the meeting where the Power of Veto is discussed (this happened Friday).  Just as with last year - the winner of the POV can save one of the nominees and only six people compete for the POV.  Unlike last year there is a chance no one will win the POV (ummm that will remove some suspense - what is the point?).
