Back from commercial.

We return to see Kaysar rising at around 5am to pray.  He explains how there are a lot of things that go on in the BB house that go against being a Muslim.

Several people talk about how Ashlea was not very 'warm' towards the other HGs and how she needs to win the POV.  April tells her not to take things personally.  She also tells Ashlea she needs to with the POV.

Ashlea asks Howie to help her with the POV - Howie won't commit - she asks him if she picks him - will he throw it so she has one last person to compete against.
 

Now it is on to the POV competition.  Rachel chooses Maggie to compete, Kaysar chooses Eric, Ashlea chooses Howie.  Rachel asks Ivette to announce. The yard is shown to reveal 3 structures with a mass of ropes - each pair will act as a team (that is a twist - if memory serves it was always an idividual competition before).  It is still an individual competition since only one can win - but you will need the help of your partner to have a real chance.

The competing HGs all struggle to untangle themselves from the structures - in the end Rachel and Maggie finish first - Eric and Kaysar were the next closest.  Ashlea had finished before others but Howie could not catch up - and Ashlea didn't try to help him (she said she was too tired).

Ivette awards Rachel the POV necklace.  Eric and others were very exhausted after the competition.  Eric tells the camera that Rachel is a force to be reconed with.

Commercial

Returning from commercial Rachel discovers that Jennifer had used the HoH room without her permission and was very upset about it.  Rachel approaches a group and tells them that she may use the POV to save Ashlea and put up Jennifer.  Ivette apparently goes to bat for Jennifer saying that Jennifer is not a threat.  Rachel says she does not know what she is going to do....

Rachel called in everyone for the Veto Ceremony (Sunday).    She gives Kaysar and Ashlea a chance to say a few words (blah blah blah) and then doesn't use it.

As the show ends I think to myself - wait a sec - didn't Julie say the secret pairs would be revealed tonight?  ARGGHHHH!!!!!  Oh well - most of us know what they are - look here to find out in my spoiler article from earlier today.
