Right before nominations April and Janelle were talking in the HoH room.  April speculates that there might be a twist to the POV competition this week and the 3rd safe might be part of the game.
 

She tells Janelle that she thinks that there might be some sum of money in the safe (she guesses $10-20,000) - and that an option will be given to the competitors to forfeit a chance at the POV for whatever it is that is in the safe. An interesting idea - personally I had wondered if they might use the safe when they announce today's America's Choice winner.
