CBS, Real and Shapiro/Grodner Productions
are probably taking a lot of meds today to take care of the headaches the
internet fans of the CBS show Big Brother have been giving them.
On Friday the live internet feeds were basically 'cut' and have been out
with one brief exception since then. Rumors circulated as to when
they might return and final confirmation appeared on the Official
Big Brother page around 6pm Pacific time. The pop-up note states
that the feeds would be off until after the west coast airing of tonights
show which ends at 9pm Pacific/ 12am Eastern.
The whole point in this move apparently
was to keep everyone in the dark as to who will be evicted on tonights
tape-delayed show (it was taped Friday evening) and who is the new Head
of Household.
Half of the secret
was apparently revealed when REAL/CBS either accidently or purposly turned
the cameras back on for about 45 seconds and net viewers that had been
watching the fish tank for 9 hours suddenly saw the houseguests in
what appeared to be the moments after someone had left the house.
Being as the only one not seen in the video was Jennifer, and that Ivette
is heard to say that Sarah would be glad she is gone, the consensus is
that Jennifer was evicted.
Two images from the 45 second
video seen Friday night.
ABOVE: You can see
Beau, Maggie (back of her head), and Ivette in the upper left section.
Howie, Janelle Rachel and James are in the upper right portion.
ABOVE: April is
clearly visible in this shot as well as others. April's pony tail
is visible in the other picture as well but I included this one to show
her more clearly.
REAL has also posting information on their
site that the feeds will return at 9pm Pacific time - so hang in there
- once the feeds are back everyone will be happy.
I will say this though - if CBS/REAL/Shapiro
Productions pulls this again this season I may very well be done with my
BB season (yeah - I know - they could care less).
