The 'plan' according to most in the house is to try the 'backdoor' one more time and get James voted out.  The friendship alliance realizes that Jame's loyalty has to be with Janelle and Howie if he hopes to have a chance to win the $500,000 prize.
 

April talks out back with the other HGs including Janelle and Howie shortly after nominations.

But wait - it seems that Ivette is already plotting to try to keep James in the house for another week.  She of course has the best relationship with James - and it would be to her advantage to keep him and get rid of Janelle or Howie first. She brought the possibility up with Maggie who seems to think it is worth considering - or perhaps she is just saying that to keep Ivette happy.  Maggie has seemed pretty adament about getting James out this week since from here on out he would be able to compete in the POV competition.
