8/11/05 11:50pm  Howie says they will be there until 6am and James will either win HoH or win POV.... As for me I think this is the most stubborn bunch of HGs in BB history!! lol  They also don't trust each other at all which is why none of them will quit.

11:30pm  Howie openned the box - it had dead fish in it.  The light over Jame's head has burned out - there is a red and a green one - the green one will light up if he lets go - the red one stays on - but now Jame's is burt out.  Eveyrone is still playing.

11pm  Howie comes out with an announcement.  It has now been 5 hours- one box has a 42" Plasma TV, One has a Martini Bar....  and Howie will open the Green box if no one has opened one within 30 minutes.  HGs decide the Green box must be something bad - so they will just wait.  No one has quit yet.

10:35pm  Just looking back at the previous HoH endurance comps..  BB3 - Amy won and evicted the previous weeks HoH (CHiara).  BB4 - Erica won and evicted the previous weeks HoH (Justin).  BB5 - DIane won and evicted Scott (Drew was the previous weeks HoH).  In BB3 and BB4 the previous HoH was evicted because deals were made - I can see that happening this year - at least not deals to get Howie out.  They are now playing "Telephone." to kill time.

10:25pm  Howie has brought out everyone's pictures (previous HoH people) - Not a good move for people he doesn't want to get HoH - Maggie said it is making her want to keep her finger on more.

10:10pm  Just to clarify - the boxes will be opened by the people that let go of the button.  No one has let go yet - so no boxes opened.  And they leave the "Box" they are in in 3's - so 2 more people have to quit before the first can leave.  Nothing has changed - all still in it.

9:50pm  HGs discuss the prize money - according to April if you win the prize money you do not get the $750 a week that the others get...  I have to be honest - this is the most boring HoH Endurance yet - but once someone drops I know it will get very interesting.

9:35pm  3.5 hours - everyone STILL in the game - nothing has changed.

8:55pm  Talk has turned to sex - nothing worth reporting.  A lot of the HGs can be seen flexing their hands but all are still in the game.

8:25pm  Last year in the HoH competition where the HGs held buttons Jennifer was the first out at 45 minutes.  Next was Karen at 2 hours.  Then Michael (Cowboy) at 3 hours.  We are sitting at 2.5 hours at the moment with no one out.

8:20pm  No change - I am going to have to look back and see how things went last year..  I think the buttons are easier to hold in this year.

7:50pm  Howie is going to feed the fish - something he does not normally do - so they are instructing him - no HG has let go yet.

7:30pm  90 minutes into the HoH competition - everyone is still in the game.   The turntable with the boxes on it keeps going round and round.

7:10pm  Still nothing - Howie is walking around talking to the HGs....  I will update every 30 minutes or so unless something changes.

6:50pm  Everyone still holding on.

6:25pm Ok.. the HoH Comp. rules...  I think...  hold the button - when you let go you can open a box - but you cannot leave the room until a total of three have let go.  As far as I can tell no one has let go yet.

6:20pm  Again the HGs are a bit deluded about how popular they are.  They think they must be number one since 5 million people voted.  Oy vey - Every Year!!  Future HGs reading this - BB is a decently popular show - but has NEVER been the most popular.

6:15pm  No one is out - there are flys in the enclosure that the HGs are in - looks like a greenhouse.  There are boxes behind the HGs - the rules are still unclear to me - but I wil get it figgured out.

6:08pm  Here are the highlights of the show Sarah was evicted 6-1 - Kaysar got back in the house with 82% of the vote (Eric was 2nd).  The HoH competition is an endurance one.  Feeds are sucking at the moment.

3:15pm  And we have fish on camera - Show starts in less than 2 hours - Chances are there will be no more vid feeds until after the show.  My prediciton...  Sarah goes out on a 6-1 vote - and Kaysar walks back in.

2pm Slow slow day - clean - get ready for tonight- they are on lockdown but have been told to dress comfortably and wear sneakers for the HoH competition. They all think it will be an endurance one and so do I.  I will post the goings on right here tonight and stay with it as long as I can tonight - if it goes 9 hours like it did last year with Diane and Jase I may eventually have to go to bed but the year before I stayed up until the 'cage' match was over.

11am  HGs are up and about - getting dressed - cleaning - this is how the day will go today.  They are locked inside - so they may not get outside all day if BB does not want them to see what the HoH competition is.

7am  The house is sleeping soundly.  The evening was un-eventful. The biggest 'news' from the evening would be the continued discussion by the 'friendship' alliance on the possibility of going after Rachel/Howie if one of them gets the HoH and breaking the agreement to go after James.  James meanwhile has floated the possibility of teaming up with Maggie.  April promises to 'swear on the bible' if the votes are off (meaning if the votes don't end up being 6-1 to evict Sarah).  yadda yadda - none of this matters much until we see the votes and a new HoH is selected - which most likely is a LONG way off (if there is an endurance comp tonight).

8/10/05 11pm  The voting long over all we can do now is wait for the show tommorow night.  THe HGs were on an inside lockdown earlier and came out to find the poor covered.  They suspect that tommorow it will be an endurance competition just like most of us in the outside world do.  Rachel and Howie lasted the longest in the first one - I suspect Rachel will do well as will James and perhaps Maggie - Howie will not be allowed to compete but the returning HG will be able to.

4:45pm  Ho hum...   There is actually a lot of 'drama' going on and name calling (behind the back) - I mean if I hadn't seen this for the past 3 weeks it might be interesting - but for now I would chalk all this up as a lot of hot air.  With the exception of James working his magic and making everyone doubt each other not much else that goes on now will matter until after Sarah is out and Eric or Kaysar are back in.  Oh - I am 99.999% sure tommorow will be an endurance competition - it HAS to be - by this time in both BB4 and BB5 they had had one - the next person evicted will be the last not on the Jury.  Which means I should plug the 14 day free trial of the Real Superpass and watch the feeds for yourself!!

2:15pm  James lays the groundwork for next week - he and Sarah are talking with April and Jennifer - I think James is trying to break up all the agreements to get him out next week in case he does not get HoH.  If James manages to NOT get evicted next week he will be approaching mythic status for being nominated and not evicted.

1:30pm  James came out and talked ot the 'friendship' alliance - Sarah was there too - James talked pretty open and honestly about all the goings on - some of the friendship alliance is still full of stories.  Earlier April and Jennifer now seem to maintain that they were never going to vote out Ivette and it was all an act.  Thats a load of BS - but it is working for them.  Jennifer also says that in her opinion they can put up Howie and/or Rachel against James now because they voided their agreement by compaigning to get Ivette out.

Ivette has said over and over again that if the vote is anything but 6-1 to evict Sarah all bets are off because someone voted against the agreement.

12:15pm Do you want to see a Girl Scout troop or a good game?  This is the question posed to America by Rachel and Howie.  The America's Choice voting is over - I guess we will see.  The voting is still going on in the house - Maggie was just called in to vote.  I am sure Sarah is gone now - Rachel, Howie and Janelle seem resolved to that.

10am  James is trying to convince Rachel to vote to evict Ivette - it seems that Janelle and Rachel don't want to now because if they do and Ivette doesn't leave they will have broken the agreement with Maggie & company and be in a very bad spot next week if Eric comes back in the house.  I don't think it will happen - Howie, Rachel and Janelle are too worried to risk trusting Jennifer or April to vote to evict Ivette.

9:30am  The Hgs have been told to get up - some are - some aren't  James, Rachel and Ivette are outside eating.  The HGs have a clock in the house - Ivette said it was for Kaysar (so he knew when to do his prayers).  No voting yet - I think Ivette is safe as of now.

7:30am  Yesterday was BORING - there was plenty of 'plotting' but nothing that didn't change every 30 minutes.  At the end of the night it looked like Sarah is the one going.  Voting is this morning - thats when it will all settle out.  America's Choice Voting ends in 3 1/2 hours - CBS Vote Page for Michael/Eric/Kaysar

8/9/05  8pm  Yes - it has been a very slow day - there hasn't been much to post.  The only game stuff going on has been April - she is still not a lock to vote out Sarah from what I can tell.  Sarah and James have apparently promised April and Jennifer safety if they save her - I don't think Jennifer wants to go for it - April is the one on the fence.  My guess is that in the end she will vote however Jennifer votes...

1:45pm  I haven't written anything I know - but nothing to really write about - Tuesdays are the slowest days in the house - I will catch up in a little but but don't be surprised if I say nothing has chanhed and Sarah will be leaving Thursday.

8/8/05  11:59 am So much has gone on....  I think Sarah is going now (glad I am not a betting man!)...  read my late night recap here.

11pm - Forget it - Sarah is going - the 5 'friendship' alliance is back and strong.  They have mended the fences and I can tell that Sarah is gone.  They are in the gold room right now re-affirming their alliance.

8:55pm  Round and round we go....  Jennifer and April are the key to the eviction this week.  April and Ivette had a big blow-out last night and that is one reason April is considering voting for her.  The pressure is on - James/Sarah/Ivette and Beau are out of the loop pretty much - everyone else is scrambling for position.  The LAST thing I saw was that Jen/Apr plan to still vote out Sarah - but hey - we still have over a day until voting so anything is possible.

3:30pm  No big changes - Maggie knows April and Jennifer are considering voting Ivette out - but it is far from decided.  There has been a lot of whispering but it really doesn't mean a whole lot with voting ever 40 hours away.

1:35pm  One more lil note - Just overheard Maggie say to Beau that if Ivette walks out the door Thursday she might as well go with her.  So there ya go - Maggie will be pushing hard to get Sarah voted out - and I am thinking she will succeed.

1:30pm  Hang on.....  Jennifer seems a bit more cautious than April about voting to evict Ivette.  And both of them have agreed to talk to Maggie about things.  I can't see Maggie wanting Ivette out even if she is spending a lot of time with James - Ivette surely would not want to upset Eric by aligning against Maggie - so she should consider Ivette a much better person to stay in over Sarah.  Chances are the next 2 days will be a tug of war for votes.

12:20pm  Amazing....  Ivette is my bet for now to leave the house next Thursday - if Howie can get the votes together.  There are 7 people voting so he needs to either get Jennifer or April to vote to evict Ivette and her fate is sealed.  Voting is Wednesday.

12pm Not sure who is now nominated with Sarah - but Howie and Rachel and Janelle are going to try to save Sarah - hopefully getting James loyalty.  Ivette is now nominated.

11:40am   James can be seen in the upper left preparing the living room for the POV ceremony (he placed the POV box on the table).  We now have fish so it is going on - shouldn't be too long - but ya never know for sure.

11:30am  James is in the Diary Room - I think he is getting ready for the POV ceremony.  Everyone else is outside eating.  All (well not quite all) are wearing the t-shirts they made yesterday.  The shirts have the evicted HGs names and the number to choose for the HG they want to return.  Howie, Rachel and Janelle have both Kaysar and Michael on their shirts - the others have Eric on theirs.  Sarah is not wearing one and I don't know about James either.

11:15am  Hgs were told to get the heck up around 10:30 - they are moving about now - Maggie apparently noticed that April and Jen were not in bed late last night.  Sounds to me like the 'friendship' alliance is quickly losing value.  Right now there is the slimmest of possibilities that the person Howie puts up today in place of Sarah MIGHT go out - but it is very slim - I am thinking it will be April or Ivette.

8:15am  The POV ceremony will be today.  James will stll be saving himself as far as I know - and I am not clear yet on who Howie will nominate - although I think it might be Ivette.  Late last night Howie, Janelle, April and Jennifer stayed up and were bashing Ivette - there is the slimmest of chances they might try to get Ivette out - apparently April and Jennifer don't like her very much - and they are all bothered with the relationship between James and Ivette.  No point in speculating too much until after the POV ceremony.

8/7/05  10:30pm  Still reviewing the days goings on - what I have seen so far indicates that I haven't missed much.  The HGs made t-shirts - looks lik emaybe they will wear them and make pitches for who they want back.  Whats been interesting since Thursday is the HGs seem to feel it is between Eric and Michael.  Personally I think it is between Eric and Kaysar.  I still think it might be Eric but I HOPE it is Kaysar.  There is also a TON of doubt that the 'vote' is real and not fixed.  Kaysar would be the better choice to bring back in for a competition standpoint because the 'friendship' alliance (Maggie, Ivette, April, etc) has a decided numbers advantage.

The only strategy talk I have noticed so far is the debate over who should go up against Sarah - assuming James takes himself off tommorow - which is a pretty sure thing.

1:30pm  Nothing to report - it has bene a very slow day so far and doesn't sound like the POV ceremony is today - my guess is nothing of note will go on - I will check in late ron though just to see.

8/6/05  11:20pm  James is working people - I am sure he will use the POV on Monday (or maybe tommorow) - The last thing I see as I head off to bed was Ivette shcmoozing James and Sarah (Sarah reports she will go to Chicago and work in a bar with her sister perhaps until james is out) - then Ivette starts giving Jennifer romantic advice.  She (Jennifer) has been on and off with her boyfriend Dan for seven years.  Jennifer also has a masters degree.   Ok....  she should have guys lining up for her attention - Dan - you are an idiot!! lol

10:10pm...  I can't see James not saving himself - currently he is talking to Janelle - and he still thinks Maggie is a cop - lol

10pm  I am still trying to figgure out this 'new' plan.....  I think they want to get James to not use the Veto and then vote him off (I had a typo b4 - I said still voting Sarah off - I meant James).

6pm  Plans are afoot - Maggie & company are coming up with some crazy ideas and frankly I am still trying to figgure it out - but part of it seems to involve getting James NOT to use the veto and April, Maggie, Ivette, Beau and Jennifer still voting James off.  Some type of loyalty test.  Even if Howie put up say Maggie in James place they would have 4 votes to 3 (assuming James voted against them) to evict whomever they wanted.

3:50pm The other participants in the POV sounded like Jennifer, Ivette and Maggie.  One other tidbit - one of them mentioned something about being eliminated if you had more than 21 balls.  Howie said he had 17.  this is one of those things that won't be clear until the show Tuesday.

3:25pm  James won the POV - looks like he plans to save himself afterall.  They did somethign with the pinatas as i had guessed.  I THINK the game was something similar to one from a previous year where each HG had so many items and they had to put them in each pinata - then the one with the most (or least?) won POV.  Just a guess on my part - the HGs are saying some played badly and one sure way would have been for everyone to put 1/2 their things in Sarah's pinata and half in James....

2pm  Still fish - this whole time - looks like a long Veto competition.

11:30am  Hgs might be doing the POV competition right now.  Sounds like Janelle was a weee bit hungover from the margarittas last night.

8/5/05 11:25pm  James Ivette and Sarah are going at it in the gold room.  James still seems to want to argue with everyone - he says he will get the POV and take Sarah off the block.  We hear a TON of 'wait until you see the tapes.'  Sarah says she has never said anything bad about anyone.... (hmmmmmm - might have to do a lil research on that one).  Sarah is crying....  James calls Maggie, "The most evil person to come across Big Brother ever...  thats good, thats what Big Brother wants...... I got knocked out by the best."

Information & pictures from the pinata party here.

9:10pm  Some type of fun thing is going on outside - not sure if it is a luxury competition or jsut a fun thing - the HGs are making lifesize pinatas of themselves.  Margaritas, food provided (PB&J folks cannot eat or drink).

9pm  Lockdown has ended.  Other than that it is all the same.  James now seems to be the cause of ALL the problems in the house - even Michael getting in trouble for the sexual harassment stuff (the HGs decide he was the one that stirred the pot).

8:45pm  Everyone except James and Sarah is in the HoH house - they are all basically fessing up to everything and anything related to James - they are all getting along - might be a pretty low drama week assuming James or Sarah does not win the POV.

8:30pm  Sarah came up and got James and now April is in the HoH with Janelle and April re-telling her version of the James story.  I think April is being very honest with them.

8:15 pm  James is very much full of sour grapes - he went ot the HoH room complaining to Rachel and Janelle - they aren't taking much of it.  He denies he 'swore' on the bible - he is bs'ing about what happened with Ivette.  He has an explination for everything.

8pm  James and Sarah are up - they spent a lot of time alone in the gold room after nominations.

4:30pm  Nominations are going to start any time soon....  Howie really wants James out - but I haven't a clue as to how he will do the nominations.....  man - this is the most confused I have been this year....

1:45pm  Negotiations and plotting - I am back to not knowing who is going up. My bet is that it will be Maggie and April or Ivette - but if coulr also be Sarah and James.  still 3 hours to nominations - lots of time for things to change.

12:20pm  Janelle reveals to Howie and Rachel that she didn't eat anything - she was faking it all the way, she wanted her teamates to eat PB&J.

12pm The food competition is over Maggie, April, Ivette and Beau will be eating PB&J this week. Janelle competed with them but since she has the pass she does not have to eat PB&J.

11:20am - Conveyor belch is the food competition - I will be recapping it here.

9:58am  Lights on!!  BB announces 30 minutes to the food competition.  The Hgs respond 'yeah right.'

9:45am James WAS the lone vote to evict Janelle - it is now posted over at CBS.com which also finally got the voting page right and shows a blank for the HoH votes.  But my voting page is better anyways ;)

9:20am  Food competition should be sometime soon - the plan still seems to be to nominate Maggie and April (or ivette).  I think Rachel has taken a stronger hand in things now and will be guiding Howie until nominations.  Many HGs are still sleeping.

5:30 am The HGs are all sleeping.  They actually went to bed shortly after me.  Andit appears that this is how things will go down today.  Nominations are usually after 4pm - Howie SHOULD nominate April and Maggie (I guess he is not nominating Ivette as a way to keep Jame's suspicions low). He and Rachel are going to inform Maggie that she or April needs to win the POV so they can then nominate James and get him out.  This was the initial plan last night then Howie talked himself out of it with help from April and Jennifer - worried that the POV might not be won by anyone this week and James would get another week.  So Howie started promising to nominate James and Sarah to make sure one got out - on the assumption that the other would go the next week.    Rachel finally got wind of it late late last night and said 'no,' put Howie back on course, and said she will be with him when he informs Rachel of the change in plans.

12:20am  This is it - my last post before bedtime....   Sounds like it will be Maggie and Ivette or April (Howie and Rachel said Ivette - James said April).  They want James gone - think they can pull off the backdoor - Who the heck knows - my head hurts.

True or not Sarah just told Howie that she thinks Howie and Rachel are a couple - or even married - Howie did not seem to deny it.
