11:59pm Dick is convinced Eric was the mystery vote. Eric and Amber are now talking on the hammock, not necessarily a good thing when Dick thinks you are in a secret alliance. However Dustin and Jessica just spoke and they don’t buy that Eric was the vote.

11:30pm Eric is in serious trouble, turns out Dick and Daniele (and Jameka was the 4th Dustin was talking about) know what the banner said too. They think America ‘hates’ them for comparing them to the ‘nerd herd’ - they also think Amber and Eric have a secret alliance. Dick is SO mad - he storms around the backyard and recalls a lie Eric told in week one about sleeping when Dick knew he wasn’t. Jessica has also apparently lost her trust in Eric so he is in serious doo doo. The banner really screwed things up all around. NICE! (Sorry - I just like to see things mixed up).

10:25pm Those that saw the banner during the HoH competition - Eric, Dustin, Amber, Jessica and one other person I am not sure of. (Dustin said to Eric “the four of us and Jessica” and I know Amber saw it).

I will be willing to bet that CBS will not make ANY refernce to the banner because it disrupted the show. They might even have the next HoH competition inside so that it cannot be interfered with.

10pm The HGs did see the Banner that flew over during the blacked out portion of the HoH competition - or at least some of them did. Amber and Dustin were just discussing it. All Amber confirms is that is said Amber and Eric were liars. One report is that it said the following “We (heart) Nick…Amber and Eric are liars…LNC is Nerd Herd.”

Jameka is very mad a Dick for bringing up religion during the HoH competition.

9:30pm Most HGs eating. Jameka in the diary room, Amber near tears yet again in the big bedroom.

9pm Daniele still has to get her HoH room, and with that the letter - Dick says it better be from her boyfriend or he will raise hell.

Amber says there is a lot of ‘karma’ in the house - in reference to Jen probably leaving next. Dustin wants to do a ’slow clap’ when she is evicted.

8:50pm Hgs can all eat. There is lots of chatter going on. Apparently Jen is even more disliked for the talking she did with Daniele but Dick’s trashing of Kail was totally ok. At least no one is talking about that.

8:30pm So Daniele is the HoH and has promised Kail she will not go home. Dick says that means Jen is going home. They don’t know who did the mystery vote again. Everyone hugged afterward including Kail and Dick. Dick seems to be able to make up with everyone (except Jen) for the things he says. I have to be honest and say I really don’t like Dick anymore or the way he justifies his actions by apologizing to everyone afterwards. Here are a couple pictures.

8:12pm Daniele and Kail remain. Daniele swears Kail will not go home. Kail gets down. Daniele is HoH. Jen was indeed DQ’d for something it seems.

8:06pm Still nothing on the feeds. Still Water. Either Jen is eliminated - or the production staff is arguing with Dick.

8:02pm Jen apparently touched the bar with her hand - something that may be against the rules - Dick noticed it and called it out - feeds went to water and I am guessing Jen has been DQ’d.

7:55pm No change - they get sprayed every 5-10 minutes with the white stuff. Dick continues to hurl insults. Everyone else is somewhat neutral although it is obvious most are rooting for Daniele. Jen is not really being shown on cam - it is almost all Daniele and Kail for some reason.

7:45pm Dick has started insulting Kail’s religious beliefs which has upset Jameka. Jen and Daniele are going at it and Eric is upset and is tearing into Jen as well. It is getting very very nasty verbally.

7:40pm Sounds like people were disqualified for their heads being above the crossbar earlier -several of them just yelled that Kail was doing that - the producers must have come over the speaker with a ruling.

7:35pm I will post more pictures after - right now the site is getting hit too hard to have pictures. All three still up. Dick is being a real ass, insulting Kail almost non-stop. Jameka is encouraging them all.7:30pm Jessica is off.

7:20pm Dick is smack talking bit time - calling Jen a freak and saying Kail will not last. This reminds me of the spider web - the lightest person would seem to have the advantage and that is Daniele and Jessica.

Dick is the king of insults and smack he is saying very mean and cruel things to Kail and Jen and nice things to Jessica and Daniele.

7:15pm Only four remain. Daniele, Jessica, Jen and Kail

6:50pm Two rumors (that may be one and the same) - There may have been a banner plane - and there may be technical issues. If there was a banner plane - the HGs would have been herded into the house until it was gone. Perhaps until after dark.

6:48pm No Change. Very unusual. This is a CBS thing - Real has no control over content. They only pass on what CBS sends them.

6:35pm I have to assume something happened at the end of the show and that is why the feeds have not returned. At least one HG must already be off.

6:25pm I will update every 10 minutes or so until the feeds return. Still waiting.

6:15pm Still trivia. Perhaps a HG fell already - hopefully not.

6:10pm We still have Trivia. Pics and info as soon as the feeds return.

6:05pm Still have trivia on the feeds. The HGs are hanging upside down off ‘pendulums’ - upside down “T’s” - they have a strap to hold on to.

5:48pm Nick voted out 6-2. Obviously it is an endurance competition, 9 places set up - looks like a standing endurance comp on first glance.5:35pm Jameka voted to evict Nick - looks like Kail didn’t ask everyone to vote her out afterall. 5 votes to go but I felt Jameka would be a clue as to if Nick or Kail was leaving.4:56pm - Show recapping - go here.

4:45pm Looks like we get no more until after the show. Feeds have been on the ‘water’ for 15 minutes. I can honestly say I don’t know who is going at this point. But if Jameka or Daniele vote to evict Kail - then expect her to go. Also watch the body language of the HGs - as of 4:30 Nick thought he was going as did Daniele - if Kail is running around asking to be voted out right now it should be apparent when we see the HGs.

4:30pm Kail is still in the house and as far as I can tell has not asked anyone to vote her out. Perhaps the producers told her to hold off. Perhaps they have the show clips set up assuming Nick is going and don’t want to scramble to change things.4:20pm Very odd that the camera is staying on Nick if he is leaving. Usually the camera ignores the HG that is going to be voted out because they have no use for that tape.

Just to clarify - as far as I can tell Kail did NOT ask to leave - she told Jen she wanted to be voted out. She also seemed to tell the producer in the Diary Room that she was contemplating asking to be voted out. There is a difference between asking your house mates to vote you out and asking for a “Departure on Request” (DOR) which seems to be a rampant rumor. Why would she ask to leave and lose her stipend when she could simple ask to be voted out and get paid?

4:10pm I see Kail on the feeds - can’t tell if she has told anyone else she wanted to be voted out - although Nick seems to be in a good mood. Then again, the way Nick is talking he seems to still think he won’t be around next week.

3:30pm Mostly water tunnel, a very brief glimpse of the women getting ready. I suspect they don’t want us to know if Kail has asked to be voted out so they will keep the feeds mostly blocked until show time.

2:20pm Kail hasn’t moved since my last post. I’ll check back in a bit and let ya know what has gone on.

2pm Kail walked around like she was looking for Jameka - I have no clue where she is right now. ARGH!!

1:45pm Big Brother GOOF - they let some of the Diary Room audio come over the feeds and we heard Kail telling the producer she wants to go home. Not as in ‘walk out’ but as in have herself voted out. The producer commented that she isn’t acting like the person that applied for the various seasons of Big Brother and Kail replied that she didn’t expect to be cussed out every day in the house. Right now she is waiting to talk to Jameka - she may be going to ask Jameka to vote her out - I’m not sure.

1:20pm Kail just said to Jen again that she wants to go home. This time Jen seems more willing to listen to her. Kail feels that all she has to do is tell Kail and she will be voted out. Kail also said she is leaving in two weeks either way because she does not want to be in the sequester house.

1:15pm Dick is into full “get in Jen’s” face mode. He ripped her a new orifice and has now headed off to the back bedrooms. What is always interesting it that, for the most part, anyone else in the room just lets Dick call her every name he can come up with. In this case Jameka and Amber just sat there and let it go on without a word.

1:10pm Kail is telling Jen that she is ready to leave. She doesn’t care if she stays or goes tonight. Stay tuned, she has only told this to Jen and Jen wants her to stay, but if Dick knew that she was that close to telling people to vote her out, he’d be all over her.

1pm Amber is royally ticked off at Kail for saying she does her fair share in the house and she just can’t do anything when she is on slop. Now Kail overheard Amber and came back to apologize and Amber is ripping into her. Not to say that Amber isn’t somewhat justified, but Kail HAS been nominated the last two weeks.

12:20pm Dick is pissed off because Kail is too relaxed - he is complaining to Dustin that she is too calm, he thinks someone told her she was a ‘pawn.’ Um, yeah Dick, Dustin told her she was a pawn. Dustin is doing a good job of bs’ing Dick and acting lik ehe can’t believe someone would tell Kail she was safe.

12pm Hgs are now cleaning. Big Brother just said it was 5 hours until the show.

11:15pm I am betting they are playing music for the house guests - we are being treated to water.

10:25am Hgs will be locked down in the HoH room for at least an hour. Odds of any important game talk? One Billion to One.

10:05am Dick has already had a few words with Jen, I assume he is trying to rattle her and will keep it up all day.

9:45am HGs must be getting their wake up call. Tunnels of water on all four feeds.

9:15am Once again, all is quiet. Since the HGs can’t go outside, I guess they are letting them all sleep in. 8 hours until the likely endurance competition.

7:50am All is quiet in the house.

5am Dick and Daniele were the last in bed around 4:30 - nothing changed - Nick is still going home. HGs are still on an inside lock down until the show tonight.

12am-4:30am The HGs were very bored last night. The Late Night Crew (LNC) outlasted Jen and had their meeting where they simply agreed that Nick was still going home.

Eric actually said he was going to play devils advocate and discuss why they should vote out Kail - of course I am sure that was only done so the producers would have some tape of them discussing that option to show tonight.
