Important Stuff Today? Dick’s veto speech writing maybe? His plans to call Zach a ‘panty muncher’ on national TV?

11:55pm Jameka made a pizza and they complained about not having cards (they get them later by the way). Zach was actually in bed and asleep for most of the “Showtime” hours. I have a feeling the folks on Showtime are tuning out fast now, there isn’t a lot they can do to make it exciting either. Tomorrow night is the last big “Event” on the feeds. If Zach wins it he will have a shot at the final 2.

8:20pm Its SLOW - Sorry - I’m watching and listening but nothing big to report - the big thing will be 24 hours from now when the HoH competition should be going on.

Jameka is off cam (in bedroom reading her bible) and Zach is reading some type of booklet in his room with the title, “An Angel In Flight” - Daniele has decided to add some more clothes to the plant statues by the front door. Dick took a break laying on the floor of the dining room.

Earlier this afternoon they taped their ‘goodbyes’ to each other.

3:40pm Hgs finally realizing there will not be a POV ceremony today - putting it together that things may be sped up now that the main part of the game is over.

2:20pm Dick and Daniele are now up and all primped - I think they are doing special diary sessions. Jameka just did one has gone back to bed.

2pm BB Wake Up Call. Jameka and Zach spent some time outside and decided it was too hot. Headed back in.

12pm Zach and Jameka get up - Daniele and Dick stay in bed.

10:50am Everyone seems to be sleeping at the moment.

10am Dick was back up right before 9am - went outside for a bit, decided it was too hot and headed back to bed yet again.

8:15am Dick went to bed @ 6:30am - Back up at 7:30am - back to bed at 8:15am.

3:30am-6am Daniele was up around 3:30am and decided to make cookies.

Dick joined her around 4:30 and the two of them sat up and chatted for over an hour.

Most of it was about Dick’s POV speech that he will make when he ‘asks’ Daniele to save him. He is just going to use it as a chance to completely humiliate Zach on national TV and get in his head prior to the endurance HoH competition.

This is the same as it is every time one group has the upper hand - the smugness and lack of respect for the others in the house drives me bonkers.

Daniele headed back off to bed around 5:40am.

12am-3am Zach went to bed really early and everyone was in bed by 2am. The conversation once again was about the past - they really have no ‘game’ to discuss and Dick has no need to intimidate anyone right now because he and Daniele are in control yet again.

Link: How Will The Double Eviction Show Run?

Big Brother 8 Episode #29 Recap
September 9th, 2007

Everything that went on on Thursday’s show is show ending with Eric’s eviction.

OPENING CREDITS

I guess last Thursday’s show was fast forward and tonight it is rewind because they are going back and showing some of the conversations we saw as Jessica left the house. What we see is the conversations that went on while Jessica was talking to Julie.

Eric is very upset - Dick says he is sorry to Eric and Eric says it is all game, again we see Daniele say she didn’t know, that it was all last minute (a lie by Daniele - in the Diary Room - DR - she says she has no sympathy for Eric).

We now see what those of us that watch the feeds knew had happened - Dick pulls Jameka aside before the live show. He tells hr he is offering her a one time deal, he and Daniele will keep her if she promises to do anything they want for the next ‘two weeks’ (he means next two votes - he doesn’t know it will be short weeks), he says he will get her to the final three if she does this.

Dick asks her to promise on the bible but Jameka says she doesn’t need to - she give her word and that is good enough. Dick instructs her that she can’t tell Eric or Jessica anything about the deal. In the Diary Room (DR) Jameka says it was time for her to make a deal for herself.

We see Dick win the HoH after Jessica was evicted. Dick says in the DR he knew he and Daniele were in the Final Four. Zach and Daniele celebrate with Zach in the round bedroom - then we see Dick nominate Eric and Jameka. Zach is happy not to be nominated.

On to the Veto competition. Zach wins (yes we have seen this already). Jameka is crying but Daniele hugs her and whispers that she is not going hom.

Zach talks about the chance he had to eliminate Dick or Daniele - he doesn’t. Zach says that he felt he had to keep them around one more time (uggghhhhh again - lol). Eric is gone.

In the DR - Dick says he and Daniele picked the final four. Daniele says she is sorry she had to go against her word to Eric but justifies it, saying Eric was one of the biggest liars.

On to new stuff. Daniele and Dick are celebrating making the ‘final four.’

Dick and Daniele go off to talk alone - Zach realizes he is now not a part of their ‘group.’

Zach tells them they better not send him ‘packing’ - yet in the DR Daniele says that Zach is like the friend who, when they call your cell, you always let their call go to voice mail. Dick and Daniele obviously are only concerned about the final two and will take either Zach or Jameka depending on which one they need.

End of blatant plug. Read on!-COMMERCIAL-The memory wall changes to be a part of the new HoH competition. There were pictures from different events and they proceeded to try to memorize everything in each picture.Dick begins the next HoH competition - called “Picture This”The HGs move up steps based on their answer to the questions about the pictures. HGs write their answers on a dry erase board and reveal them.Zach and Daniele tie with 7 right and move on to a tie-breaker. Jameke was 2 or 3 questions behind.

Tie Breaker - what was the totalk number of HGs in the pictures on the memory wall?

Zach - 59

Daniele - 58

Correct answer is 69 - Zach wins HoH.

In the DR Dick realizes it didn’t matter who won it since they were close to Zach (and since the POV holds all the power this week).

Daniele is crying in the HoH room and Dick tries to comfort him. Daniele proceeds to pout - ok - been here - seen this Thursday night - Daniele pouted for an hour and I’m not going to recap it again

-COMMERCIAL-

Zach gets the HoH room and a letter from home. He says the letter from home will help him finish out the rest of the show.

Dick tries to convince Zach that he needs to make sure Jameka goes, that Jameka is a threat to win the game. Zach says he thinks it will be him and Dick in the end.

Zach talks about drawing a ‘line in the sand’ and not going up against both Dick and Daniele.

Zach talks to Jameka later on, he talks about how he has been playing the game alone for the most part and he thinks teaming up with her will help them both get farther. Zach tells Jameka that he wants to put up Dick and Daniele and take Jameka to the final three.

-COMMERCIAL-

Daniele comes up to the HoH room and asks if he is going to put her and Dick up - Zach says he doesn’t know. The conversation devolves as they dicuss if Zach has done anything in the game - Zach says he was flying ‘under the radar’ - Daniele implies that they are responsible for hm being where he is.

Daniele goes and tells Dick that she thinks Zach is going to put them both up.

Dick pulls Zach outside to talk to him and tries to bully Zach into not nominating them - saying they had deals. Zach says that when you get to the final four you have to do what you have to do to survive. Dick gets mad and walks away - Zach retains his composure.

-COMMERCIAL-

Nomination time. Zach only has one key to put in the box an does so.

Zach makes his speech and Dick and Daniele seem to be smirking at him. Zach mentions that Jameka has restored his faith in God (Zach did have a theology minor in college).

Zach pulls out Jameka’s key - Dick and Daniele nominated.

Dick says ‘thank you for nominating me’ - Zach says he doesn’t like Dick’s tactics bt they worked. Dick and Daniele toss in comments as Zach talks about his nominations.

In the DR Dick says, “If we win the POV we win the game” (not quite - but pretty close).

Live Show Tuesday - POV competition will be show and a live POV meeting and then live vote.
