Big Brother 9 Episode #11 Recap

Show begins with a recap of events leading up to tonight’s show.
Opening Credits.
Julie says the house guests THINK that this is the end of the line for Adam and Shelia or Allison and Ryan – but she implies it won’t be.
We see the end of the POV meeting.
Matt says that whomever stays in the house will owe him
Then we see a discussion of the ‘alarm’ that may go off – they all think the siren will go off at any minute. We see lots of speculation ranging from people coming back to couples being split up.
Allison talks to Ryan – says that she doesn’t think it looks good for them – she encourages Ryan to talk to Matt. He does and Matt tells him he is going to ‘keep him here this week.’ He implies that he will not be keeping Adam. In the Diary Room Matt admits he is playing both sides so that whomever stays ‘owes’ him. We see him tell all four HGs that he is voting to keep them.
James realizes that Matt is playing both couples and decides to confront him on it. He does this in front of almost the entire house (I think this was Monday night). Matt doesn’t deny it he just says that ‘that’s Big Brother.’ He gets mad at James and accuses him of throwing him under the bus – he says each person knows where he stands (thsi said right in front of them).
Vote preview – Natalie and Matt discuss – its all done for the camera – the same by Chelsia and James – James even makes it sound like he plans to evict Adam and Shelia (he doesn’t).
–COMMERCIAL–
Julie asks the HGs what they hink the silence may mean – James thinks maybe the couples may be broken up. Matt thinks there might be an identical HoH next door.
Julie asks Sharon about being paired with Joshua – she says he makes her laugh – doesn’t think the odds are good that she would reconcile with Jacob.
Julie asks Matt and Natalie about winning the POV. Natalie was happy to make sure she stayed another week. Julie asks Matt if he owes Natalie a massage – he says maybe next week.
Done with the HGs – Julie introduces friends of Matt and Natalie to discuss their relationship. Natalie’s friends from her work say she is a free spirit but she tends to let guys walk all over her. Her sister doesn’t think it is a good think that Natalie is getting attached.
Now we meet Matt’s friends. One says that Matt’s eye is on the money. He also says when Matt falls for a girl he falls hard.
Done with that – Julie says when te evicted couple reaches the door that the siren will sound and the game will change.
–COMMERCIAL–
Julie says that the front door will be locked ands the game will have changed. The HGs will be playing games as individuals – only one of the evicted couple will be leaving (ooooo – nice!).
Allison and Ryan evicted 2-0.
They hug and head to the door. Allison can’t pull the door open – before Ryan can try the siren goes off and Allsion and everyone is all excited.
Everyone returns to the living room and Julie informs them that they are no longer couples. They are very excited to say the least. Julie tells them that either Allison or Ryan will be leaving tonight and everyone votes except Joshua and Sharon who will only vote if there is a tie.
So that is 6 votes when they return from commercial My money is on Allison leaving.
–COMMERCIAL–
Allison and Ryan get to plead their case. Ryan says he enjoys everyone and he has enjoyed his time – he would like to have the opportunity to spend another week on the block (a joke).
Allison cries and says they both want to be there – she says she really wants to be there – she doesn’t want to say anything against Ryan – she said she will be happy if Ryan stays too,
Voting time:
Adam votes to evict Allison
Chelsia votes to evict Allison
Matt votes to evict Allison
Shelia votes to evict Allison
Natalie votes to evict Allison
James votes to evict Allison
(surprised Shelia didn’t even give her a vote)
Allsion voted out 6-0
Allison didn’t really hug anyone – she was pretty upset and the HGs didn’t seem to sympathetic. Meanwhile after she walks out they are all celebrating. I am guessing there is a endurance competition coming up.
Outside Julie talks to Allison – she is surprised to be there by herself. Julie asks about the lesbian thing and Allison explains that it was just a joke that was blown out of proportion.
Goodbyes from the HGs – Matt and Natalie are nice – Joshua was mean – Shelia was teary eyed (yet she voted Allison out).
Allison says the best thing in the house was meeting people from all walks of life and learning more about herself.
AWW RATS – HoH competition is just a quiz looks like.
–COMMERCIAL–
Time after Time is the competition. True false questions based on the order things happened in the house.
Question 1 – False – all right
Question 2 – True – James and Natalie out
Question 3 – False – Matt, Shelia and Chelsia out
Question 4 – True – both Adam and Ryan wrong
Question 5 – False – both right.
Question 6 – True – Ryan wins HoH – Adam eliminated.
Everyone congratulates him of course.
Julie implies there are more surprises to come.
–COMMERCIAL–
Julie tells America we get to get involved. The evicted HGs are isolated – one of them will get to return – AMERICA votes. Hmmm – interesting – I will post links and info as soon as I have it on my main Big Brother 9 page – We end watching the HGs excited about the changes.
