Big Brother 9 Episode #18 Recap
March 25th, 2008
Shoe kicks off with the same ole same ole. Matt evicted, Adam wins Hoh, Adam nominates James and Chelsia.
Opening Credits
James says that it is obvious that Adam is aligned with Natalie and Sheila now. Chelsia says she has to work against James now - it was a smart move to nominate them against each other. Joshuah points out he has never been nominated (all these comments in the Diary Room).
James and Chelsia are refusing to get down about being nominated - they are acting over the top silly. Sheila goes upstairs and complains about it to Natalie.
Joshuah talks to Chelsia - tells her she is safe with him if he has to pick between them. Joshuah discusses trying to get Adam to back door Natalie.
Late night moon is out - house seems tense. Sheila and Natalie discuss what if James manages to pull himself off the block - Natalie says it will not happen. Sheila says it is the worst case scenario.
–COMMERCIAL–
Movie time (This took place Saturday) - those that won the movie get to watch it - but they also get a chance at the $21,000 trip to vegas that Ryan lost. Chelsia ends up winning it. Chelsia, Sheila, Joshuah and Sharon all get to watch the movie in the HoH bedroom.
Cue tie-in and ad for 21. We watch them watch the movie. Outside Adam teases Ryan for gambling away their chance to watch it.
Wow - that ended abruptly - then they cut to picking the POV players (this was Thursday night).
Playing in the POV besides Adam, Chelsia, and James is Sharon, Shelia and Joshuah.
Evel Dick enters the house (Friday Morning), pulls out pots and pans and proceeds to head to the bedrooms and…..
–COMMERCIAL–
Dick wakes everyone up - looks like he broke a pot. Everyone is excited. To be honest Dick doesn’t seem very fired up - pretty low key compared to how he was hen he lived in the house.
They all head outside to ‘Club Evel’ - the HGs have to drink nasty shots and play croquette. They get one shot per ’shot’ they drink. Most points wins. If they can beat Dick’s score they win a guitar - if no one beats it Dick wins it.
Joshuah got 5, Sharon 6, Chelsia 6, Sharon 7, Adam 8, James 10
Joshua - 17 pts
Sharon - 19 pts
Chelsia - 13 pts
Sharon - 23 pts
Adam - 28 pts
James - 29 pts - James wins the POV - Dick gets the Guitar.
Joshuah thinks he will be nominated, Chelsia thinks she will go home.
–COMMERCIAL–
Chelsia congratulates James on winning - he thanks her for bringing him back. He says if one of them leaves the other has to go to the end.
Joshua in the Diary Room (DR) says he has to figure out how to get Sharon on the block and not himself. Ryan wants to try to make it happen too.
Sharon decides to ask Adam to put her up and not Joshuah - to cut down on the drama. As long as she is sure Chelsia is going home.
Natalie is mad that Joshuah is not going up and wants Adam to put him up - she feels he is more of a threat than Sharon or Chelsia. Ryan wants to get rid of Chelsia now and weaken James.
–COMMERCIAL–
POV Meeting time - no point in all the drama - it is obvious what will happen. James uses the POV on himself and Adam puts up Sharon in his place. James did make a point to say that Chelsia is probably gone and he will get his revenge.
Show is over - live eviction tomorrow.
