Big Brother 9 Episode #21 Recap

The show started late due to sports running over.
The usual recap is shown - James saves himself with the POV and Chelsia ends up going home. Natalie wins the next HoH. Who will Natalie nominate??
Opening Credits
We see Chelsia’s exit and the things she said - “Adam, get a backbone.” - “Sheila you have been rode hard you will be put away wet.” - “Natalie educate yourself.”
In the Diary Room (DR) Natalie says she has three years of education and Sheila says that it was rude of her to say to her since she is 45 and a mother (Sheila always throws out the ‘mother’ comment). Adam says he put Chelsia out of the house - he doesn’t need any more backbone.
We see Natalie win HoH.
James says he has to ‘re-tool’ how he plays the game this week if he wants to stay. Joshuah says he can’t believe that he lost to Natalie. Everyone else congratulates her.
Natalie keeps thanking God for winning HoH - Ryan said they should be called “Team Christ” and with that the heavenly music is played and we see some clouds.
Number 7 time - 7 questions - 7 weeks - Natalie was born on the 7th @ 7:11 - there are more examples but you get the point (by the way - this week it is 9’s she is sure are important leading into week 9). Joshuah points out last week is was all about the number 8.
James talks alone with Natalie - before the eviction they had discussed working together - Natalie says she has to think about it.
Natalie gets her “HoH” room. There are pictures of Natalie in a Bikini, hugging a tree… Josh isn’t surprised. Natalie reads a letter from her family and tears up.
In the DR Sharon says that Natalie reading the letter made her miss her son.
Natalie reads that her family is now closer because she is in the house (well - that is cool - nice to know that she has brought her family together a bit).
-COMMERCIAL-
Hide and Seek - Natalie Hides - Adam, Joshua and James seek - but only halfway - I think this was right after Matt left - I am sure that Chelsia was still in the house. The second time she hides under the bathroom sink in a very tiny place and scares Adam.
Sheila asks Joshuah about how he came out to his parents that he was gay. He tells a story about wanting to stay in Austin for a party when he was in college but his mom didn’t want him to. He finally got so frustrated that she was not letting him that he told her that to quiet her. Then when he did get home he sat down and talked to her and then after that his father.
Sheila says that it is great the way his parents handled it and that they love him and she knows she would love her son unconditionally if he were gay.
Sharon and Joshuah talk - they agree that Joshua is the one that needs to go (they know it will be one of them).
James talks to Natalie in the HoH room - the options are discussed (sorry folks - this is for drama purposes only - anyone watching the feeds Wednesday night knew James was going up the next day - she just humored him slightly to make it easier for herself).
–COMMERCIAL–
Food competition time. The Hgs are split up into separate rooms. (this one is complicated - I hope I can explain it).
As Sharon explained - at most three people will be on regular food next week. They each get to pick either food or slop. If three pick food and three pick slop - then that is how it stays. BUT if more than three pick food - then everyone that picks food is on slop and those that picked slop get food. However - if everyone - or more than three pick slop then those people get slop for the week.
Rather than a play by play here is the result. Everyone but Adam picked slop - so Adam is the only one to get food (along with Natalie).
–COMMERCIAL–
James is shown depressed - up by himself - questioning why, if he didn’t care about the money as he said, he didn’t save Chelsia with the POV.
Adam and Ryan make a mini whirlpool in the pool. Guess BB was hard up for material this week.
Everyone watches Natalie staring at Matt’s picture on the HoH wall. They say Matt may need a restraining order after BB.
OH MY GOD. It is 6:30pm in the BB house and she is doing it RIGHT NOW too!! These screencaps are taken right this minute as I type this. Really weird to see it being shown on TV and then see her doing it at the exact same instant on the live feeds!
Ryan approaches Natalie and suggests nominating Joshuah and Sharon and then “back dooring” James by using the POV on him.
–COMMERCIAL–
Nomination time. Cutting to the chase here is the order the keys came out.
Adam, Sheila, Ryan, Sharon.
Joshuah and James nominated.
Natalie says she nominated Joshuah because he is a threat and has never been nominated. James she says she is just trying to do what is best for her and she believes James and Joshuah are working together.
Not said is that Natalie wants to send James out of the house as a birthday present to Matt.
