Big Brother 9 Episode #29 Recap
April 16th, 2008
Regular recap of the events leading up to the POV meeting. Natalie now up with Sharon.
OPENING CREDITS
Julie greets us and tells us there are only two weeks to go. She says Natalie does not realize the house is working against here which leads into the recap. Natalie on the block with Sharon.
Adam and Ryan talk - they decide to call a house meeting with a religious theme to call everyone out - Ryan predicts a cat fight (this was Sunday).
They tell Natalie there is a meeting in an hour - in the Diary Room (DR) Natalie says she is worried she may be going home. Natalie decides to dye her hair and is not going to go to the meeting a the kitchen table. So they guys decide to bring the meeting to her.
Ryan confront Natalie that she has promised final three to him and Adam as well as to Sharon and Sheila. Ryan wants to know who she is with (In front of Sheilla and Sharon). Natalie says that her true loyalty lies with Adam and Ryan. Sheila asks if she would be nominated if Natalie wins HoH and Natalie says yes.
Ryan says that Natalie has been ‘throwing us under the bus” to the women. Natalie continues to say she is loyal to the guys. Ryan says now she can’t play all the sides and says the meeting is over.
In the DR Sheila says she is mad at the guys for doing this because she thinks the guys will keep Natalie now over Sharon since she promised her loyalty to them.
After the meeting Ryan and Adam talk about keeping Natalie and decide to go talk to her. Eventually Natalie breaks down in tears about how they haven’t trusted her (reminds me of James last week). They guys console her. They end up hugging Natalie.
Now Natalie is shown confronting Sharon - blaming her for causing problems. This was done in front of Adam and Ryan. Natalie again professes her loyalty to Adam and Ryan.
In the HoH room Sheila bawls Adam out for switching things up and looking like they will save Natalie. Ryan feels Sharon is not offering them anything so why should they keep her? Tempers flair and Adam calls Sharon a b**** and she kicks them out of the HoH room.

Julie talks to the HGs. Asks Sharon and Sheila why they didn’t say anything when Ryan and Adam confronted Natalie. Sharon says she felt it was the guys battle and she could talk about it later. Sheila didn’t feel it was the time to do it either.
Ryan says they were tired of hearing that Natalie was playing both sides. They wanted to clear the air. He feels they stopped the ‘back talk.’
Julie asks if they want to be sitting next to someone deserving vs someone that they can beat. They seem to all agree that they would rather be next to someone most deserving.
Jury House Visit:
Chelsia says she still has feelings for James and misses him. Josh is disappointed to be out. Matt has been keeping to himself.
They wait for James to arrive - not knowing it is James. James walks in - Chelsia shocked - Matt happy.
They watch the DVD to see Adam win HoH - Ryan winning HoH - and James being evicted.
James comments to the others about how badly it affects people when you go out on a bad note - he feels that Chelsia’s bad exit is the reason he was evicted. Chelsia cries and leaves the room. James feels bad and eventually follows Chelsia and consoles her. The end up making up and are seen smiling and laughing as the segment ends.
DR entries by Adam and Ryan - whatever - it is just to build suspense. 
–COMMERCIAL–
Last plea - Sharon is composed - thanks them all - Natalie tears up and re-pledges her loyalty to the guys.

Tie Vote - Sheila will have break the tie AFTER a commercial.
–COMMERCIAL–
Tie announced - Sheila votes to evict Natalie because she pledged her loyalty to the guys. She votes Natalie out - she says she can’t risk keeping her in the house.
Natalie cries quietly and says bye - she says other things I can’t pick up. She is very upset.
She exits the house and puts on a good face for Julie but says it just doesn’t feel right.
Back in the house Sheila is still not happy it was a tie but she says than Natalie made her job easier by pledging her loyalty to the guys.
Outside Natalie talks about how she was indeed going to be loyal to the guys and she is upset with them because they both said they would vote to keep her. She says she did play both sides and that may have hurt her. She seems to stick with the idea that she was most loyal to the guys.
Goodbyes - Ryan seems to indicate he voted to keep her (he didn’t) - Adam seems to indicate he voted to evict her (he didn’t) - Sheila gives a tearful goodbye.
Julie says goodbye to Natalie.

Ryan and Sheila get a point.
The toy in the Guinea pig cage still holds a secret? Fiction - no one gets a point.
Chelsia was escorted out of the house by security? Fiction - Sharon gets a point.
#8 has a secret meaning in the game? Fiction - Ryan and Sharon get a point.
Amanda faked an illness? Fiction - Everyone gets a point.
James and Chelsia have stopped speaking to each other? Fiction - Everyone gets a point.
There is a third pre-existing connection in the house? Fact - Tie between Ryan and Sharon (It is the Guinea Pigs - Text on Screen Reveals It)
Tie Breaker - Total combined minutes in the glass boxes last week.

Julie greets us and ponders who Ryan will nominate. She says we will see who he nominates on Sunday - and there will be an eviction on Tuesday and the Final HoH will begin (endurance) - then Wednesday will be the crowning of the Final HoH. Sounds like the show does indeed end on Sunday - April 27th.
