| Bunny | Thursday, August 16, 2001 - 12:47 pm Bunny Tales Welcome to the Live Feed Summaries! August 13, 2001 Sunday night, Will and Krista are engaged in conversation about Shannon. Will says he is ready to be with her. He wonders if she went back to her boyfriend (only if she listens to her mother). Krista says she is fine now that Kent is gone. Will informs her that he thinks Kent was right about everything he said in his Monday meeting speech, but that he didn't keep it together in the end. He warns Krista to "be cool" when she gives her speech. Krista says she doesn't care. You have to admire the girl for being true to her image. Krista is still worried that things won't work out with Boogie when she leaves. Will agrees that things change. He gives his relationships with Nicole and Bunky as examples. They didn't get along in the beginning, but now he is friends with both of them. Monica and Krista are up late talking about their Monday morning speeches. Monica says she will say her piece. I just hope it's in English. Krista says that Mike told Will most of what she told him, even though she asked him not to. She says she is not angry at him for doing it. She tells Monica that Kent was right about everything he said in his speech. (Kent, are you listening?) Monica says Hardy asked her what UT was. She told him it was "three people sticking together, staying out of trouble." He was one of the charter members of this club, and he wasn't familiar with the by-laws? Krista says she will remain calm and not "do what Kent did." Monica says she will not go out as "the angry black woman." Krista gives no assurances that she will not exit as "the angry Cajun girl." Monica says you have to lie and manipulate to play this game, and she will not do that. "I'm not a politician." Too bad, because I think Monica would make a great President. Ax not what your country can do for you, ax what you can do for your country. Over in the massage parlor, Nicole is at work on Hardy. She tells him that she knows the two of them are going to win. He cautions her not to get too comfortable. I silently wish for a coup. Hardy wants to know why Nicole refuses to give Will permission to vote to keep Krista. She says if Will doesn't vote her way, he will be out next. See what I mean about a coup? The HGs sleep until Monday afternoon. A banner for Krista is the first order of the day: KR OPOL SUPPORTS (heart) MISSES U DOING GR8. This is nice. The people of her home town miss her. I guess no one can serve eggs over easy like Krista can. It's time for the weekly meeting. As always, it begins with a grocery list. Will wants high quality conditioner and a hair straightener. Since Will's hair issues are prime entertainment when he's not messing in his pants, I vote no on these items. Monica wants to exchange Tylenol PMs for Sominex. Monica is taking sleeping aids along with Krista now? I guess HGs that chill together, pill together. Hardy wants expensive vitamins. He also wants a pull-up bar and a punching bag. He forgot mirror on the ceiling. He and Will could share. Bunky requests air freshener. Will apologizes for the role he played in stinking up the place. This seems to be a regular occurence now. Agenda: Grocery Requests, Nominee Speeches, Flatulence Apologies. Nicole says that all chores are under control. Will wants to know where Mama put his dirty pants. Ewww! I want to know why the live feeds cut out on the Diary Room entries but don't cut out on this stuff. Monica is the first nominee to address the group. She tells them she has been playing the game fairly well and that she's not going to be negative to people. She says it's not what you say, it's how you say it. (That's right, because how you say it tells us what you said.) It's Krista's turn. She wants everyone to know that she respects them all. She reminds the other HGs of how helpful she has been to them. If it's her time to go, then she will accept it. The smell of money does not get to her (but the smell of a good ale is another story). Nicole thanks them for their easy-going speeches, but then takes the opportunity to remind Monica of the fact that she didn't speak to Nicole for a full day after nomination. Monica reminds Nicole that she should remember what it was like to "sit in this chair." Krista tells Nicole that she holds no grudge against her and she is proud to sit next to Monica. The two nominees hug in a BB Kodak moment. The meeting adjourns just in time to see another banner for Krista: USA 4 KR 2 WIN! Any idea what Olympic event Krista is competing in? Crawfish Peel Toss maybe? Will has still not given up on trying to keep Krista in the house. He asks Nicole if she is certain that Krista needs to go. She emphatically insists that he vote out Monica. He reluctantly agrees. Monica tells Krista that Kent would still be there had he not doubted her. I guess Kent should have played "the angry white redneck homophobe" card. A new banner flies: NHB Trust V K. Now the banners are even beginning to sound like Monica. Hardy and Bunky say that Nicole has done the most for people in the house and deserves to win. Perhaps they think this is the OCD version of BB. The person who picks up the most towels wins. More tomorrow.
