Ewing - man I love this thread and your comments. I always get a smile here.

I was thinking about this Krista thing as I was falling asleep, trying to unwind from last night's intensity. Krista has said so many times about how she partied with the PA's, how they were in her room drinking, how she and Kevin could have gotten something on, etc. Other people, like Monica, I think, said so that's where my PA was. So.. perhaps Krista is getting this inside info, tips, etc, in the DR because the PA's like her so much. There is obviously something very charming about her if you believe her stories about the PAs. Of course, Arnie could put an end to this inside info but as it has been discussed, Arnie probably wants her to remain on the show as well.

Just a few late night thoughts I thought I'd throw into this thread. :)

There could be many different reasons why Richard Willis, Mozell Entertainment Group went to the NYP (Did he?)

a) he lost his patience.Worrying that Monica has to leave the house, he was only promoting his company. For me a mistake.

b) he was contracted with CBS too.
But it was too risky for CBS to deal with Willis any longer. So Willis had to do this step to clean the roots.

c) Willis planned to make pressure on CBS at a special time to get rid of Krista Stegall.
Both CBS and Willis "met" each other and decided that Monica Bailey can stay while Stegall has to go and get a mini series for that. Furthermore CBS promised Willis a live eviction show to get more publicity for his star. CBS did that and postponed the live eviction that there was enough time to release an article at the NY Post to get more rates.

Back to that famous "First Annual Legal Symposium on the World of Film and Television"
held at Miami’s Coral Gables Biltmore Hotel on May 2-3rd,1999.
(which i mentioned here earlier)

Richard Willis who was holding a speech about future TV concepts actually met a lot of other important people from the TV business:

The list is endless. Here only two examples:
Danny Rose, Production Associate/Writer, Spin City, DreamWorks’Dramatic Television, New York

(who work together with CBS, too)

Adam Lubkin,
Account Executive WFOR-TV (CBS), Miami-Ft. Lauderdale.

It took place for the third time on
March 23, 2001 presented by the Florida Bar Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section.

I'm already waiting for this years list of the members.

What did Allison Grodner (Co-Executive Producer),
Lisa Levenson (Supervising Producer and EMMY WINNER GENERAL HOSPITAL, ABC 99), Don Wollman(Supervising Producer) and Arnold Shapiro really plan?

Arnold Shapiro said some months ago:
"We have a number of innovative ideas that will give BIG BROTHER a refreshing new look and feel"

He decided to work with Allison Gardner, which he knew at least since 1999.
Both worked together on Emmy Award-winning "Teen Files" specials on UPN.

Did Gardner change her documentary past too much with an uncheoreographed Reality TV idea?

From a former summary of "Teen Files":
"...the origins of hate through the eyes of today's teenagers as they come face to face with their own racism, ethnic bigotry, religious hatred, and sexual discrimination. Through interactive experiences with other teens who are different from themselves, and emotional encounters with people who have been victimized or affected by hate due to family and social ties, a group of young people gradually learn to face the destructive reality of their prejudices. Seeks to encourage every viewer, young and old, to rethink issues of prejudice and eliminate hatred from their lives, Subject Hate
Racism
Toleration
Discrimination.."

The truth about hate [videorecording]/was produced and directed by Allison Grodner; written by Allison Grodner and Arnold Shapiro ; an Arnold Shapiro production in association with Paramount Stations Group Inc
Pub info Chatsworth, Calif. distributed by AIMS Multimedia, [1999?]

http://137.45.212.100/search/o?SEARCH=43753782.

Grodner has worked in documentary and reality-based programming for the past 12 years, starting as part of the original producing and directing team with Shapiro on "Rescue 911." Her other credits include "The Teen Files: The Truth About Drinking," for which she won an Emmy Award, "Real Romance," "Vital Signs," and "Animal Stories." This year, she created and will executive produce four reality projects for Arnold Shapiro Productions: "Flipped," "Hype and Glory: Sweeps Month," "Generation X-stasy" and "DNA: The Final Verdict," the last of which is being developed with Shapiro for CBS.

Some members in another thread didn't believe that Monica took this "race card".

For me it doesn't matter why she said it, but when.
From the live feeds on Aug. 9th at 10:01 p.m.:

"..but they don't say they don't want you to win.... I'm not going out like that.. I'm not
letting them decide what I get in life.. The black girl is not going to win.. and that's it.. the gay guy and the black girl.." (Thx to Peachie)

This was last thursday and it was AFTER the eviction result.

Some other members also believe that Richard Willis, Monicas manager is not real.
You should only scroll up to my research of this morning.

Both in a team plus the release date in a Rupert Murdoch (FOX TV etc..) owned newspaper makes much sense for me!

Monicas statements hadn't been aired on TV.
Therefore it's maybe no coincidence that

a) This article was released
b) CBS postponed the eviction for the live show.

If there's a connection between these two facts, has still to be proved.

Ewing,

I applaud your tenacity regarding these theories. I wish I had the time to read them..( I'd need a full day off to read it from the start, so I'll have a clue later on). They are interesting. Keep up the good work!

I'm not sure if someone realised what Richard Willis, Monicas "manager" performed at the First Annual Legal Symposium on the World of Film and Television 1999. He described

"...the proper method to discuss a concept for a television show with a network executive. This aspect of the "pitch" may determine whether the proposed show moves toward development."

It got already lost from the last folder, so i mention it again to point the importance.

Yep, they did! It was on the show last week, Monica said that she knew the black girl and the gay guy had no chance. I have it taped.

Hmh ok thanks Onlymessin.
I was surprised they didn't air anything again on tuesday.
Maybe this was the reason why Willis got upset or nervous and organised that article.
Thanks.

Ewing, I just went back and reviewed the tape. Monica said this to Nicole when Nicole came in to talk to Monica about who to nominate last week. Monica was laying in bed when Nicole talked to her. This is exactly what Monica said:

The black girl is not gonna win, that's it, that's how I feel and I got it and I understand it. The gay guy and the black girl, I'm not surprised, the good thing is we talked about it.

I have no idea, if that is rehearsal, but it looked real. Furthermore the voice sounded like Julie Chen, not Lisa. And after a short break its back to FOTH again!!

Well, i speculated here a few weeks ago, that they maybe not "vote" once. This is for me a detail, that there could be influence in the DR-right now!

3:44 PM "Rehearsal" seems to be over. Cams back on house.
Well at least i saw that "rehearsal" now for the first time live on the feeds. Thanks, BB!

lol they had to rehearse that ewing other wise they wouldnt have gotten the timing down--as for how long it takes each of the 3 to go in there vote and get back out--they did that last year on the times they voted live too...

Yes sure after 7, 8 weeks they still have no timing!!! LOL.

Well, i'm not so much interested in that detail anymore.
I concentrate on something else right now. Thanks! :)

PS: Kent is at 10 PM EASTERN TIME on IRC, chat.planetz.net.
I will try to ask him about Nicole
and Hardys "tears" and how often they went to the DR.
Furthermore: both nm- and HOH procedures.
It's maybe also interested to ask him about his opinion about Monicas manager.

I'll be there at the chat myself as well

As usual before a "live show" enough FOTHs plus the shirtless "rehearsal" for hidden or psychological well trimmed instructions.

But Will was already brainwashed by Nicole, so that the wildcard is between Hardy and Bunky and no surprises for us later :)

It's already nothing special anymore to note here, but since 10 minutes all feeds only on hallway.
On f4 was only monica for a second. Don't know why...
