Home|News|Cast|Recaps Episode 5 3/25/04 After what seems like ages we get to see Episode 5 - I suspect there are a lot less people watching this one since so many reality fans are probably more interested in The Apprentice. Man the ratings are gonna stink for this show tommorow. Here is a brief recap - normally I do more but tonight was just a weeee bit busy for me, my apologies. After a music video (???) and a recap of the goings on we finally get down to the actual new stuff. The guests drink up after the eviction ceremony and then the next morning are presented their coins (cha ching). Simon makes his appearance again and gives the girls an apple - they are told to each select a man to spend time with. But this all seems pointless later on so no need to get too detailed..... Claudia arrives and the show starts to resemble the Paradise Hotel in some ways. And guess what - Claudia has a boyfriend back home. Cludia gets 1st pick (6 women 5 men - me thinks Paradise Hotel all over again - at least thats a semi-proven formula). Claudia checks out the guys and settles on David. So even though the ladies had in theory settled on guys thats all tossed out the window and they begin re-thinking their decisions.... Even though Claudia picked David - he ends up in bed with Liz for the night (in case she is banished she says. Mind you I am not implying anything happened..... The next day comes the banishment ceremony - and the women will pick the men they want - and the extra women will go home. BUT - Claudia can change me 1st if she wants ... and so she dumps David and chooses Wallace (who has been spending a lot of time with Shawna)...... then the other ladies get to pick from the remaining men. Kassie chooses Matt, Neveen chooses Jason, Liz (probably breathing a sigh of relief) picks David. Brooke chooses Michael. This leaves Shawna and no extra men. Shawna chooses Jason - so Jason must decide between Neveen and Shawna......since Jason has seemed to have had the hots for Shawna you would think Jason would be sure to choose her. Jason shocks everyone and chooses Neveen!! Shawna gives half her coins to Brooke and departs. |
