7/19/04  After the recap of the previous episode where we saw it announced someone would “die” the show begins….

All the guests head outside and seem dressed for exercising.  Tim and Amanda – the two “Schmos” discuss Ingrids eviction the night before.  Derek comes out and announces that Ingrid was indeed being truthful and Austin spoke to the wrong grandfather – her other grandfather was the one that had died (errr – not really now).  Ingrid is brought back into the game and Derek tells her he is glad that her grandfather really did die and that she wasn’t lying.

Another banner arrives from Bryce al la Big Brother – one also appeared last episode.  This one says “Did you get my first banner?”  they all wave at the plane and say “YES.”  The one last week said “PJ Please Forgive Me.”

Derek comes outside carrying a “pumpersizer thigh and bun blaster” – in what “Gerald” says is a nod to product placement on TV.

Everyone plays with the gadgets and it looks very silly.  Amanda and Tim quickly break theirs and Derek brings out oil and tells everyone to oil up.  Tim seems to read something on a Cue Card about the gadget but can’t get the name right.

Ingrid says her job that day is to reveal the Cammy “pork and beans” soft porn story.  Tim laughs but seems to buy it. 
 

Cut to the group gathering around on a patio – Derek reveals another “Falcon Twist” – ‘Monticore’ flies in and the note he has reveals that 6 months earlier Piper and Austin were apparently a couple.  Derek explains the relationship was going quite wwell then changed from an episode of “Love Boat” to “Titanic.  After a long pregnant pause Tim says “awesome!!” as a way to break the tension. “Austin” relates to the camera that even though he and “Piper” were never a couple he feels like they had been after working with her for so many weeks.

Its revealed that since Bryce is gone – Cammy was put in charge of the frog (Everett).  Because she was not doing a good job (she gave him a donut) – he was moved in to the same location as Monticore (the falcon).  Gerald relates that nature took its course (gee – why do I bet the frog is the thing that dies this episode??).

The group is all gathered for some kind of competition.  Its called “Hello Dolly”   Derek reveals two life-sized  dolls – one named Piper – One named Austin.  Each person is to “make moves” on the blow up sex dolls and one male and one winner will be crowned. 

In the game the most “shocking” thing was that “Cammy” hit on the female doll and implied the potential for a 3-way with Austin.  In reality it turned out she could not lift the female doll like she wanted to (it was very heavy) so she apparently unzipped the male doll’s fly and we only watched the other contestants shocked reactions at whatever happened next.

Austin chooses the woman he says he has spent the least amount of time with – and picks Amanda.

Eleanor gets very upset and brings out the coupon book she had given to Austin and discovers the first coupon, for a massage, is missing.  Cammy reveals Austin used it with her on their date.  Austin says he thought he could use the coupons with anyone – Eleanor freaks out – Amanda sneaks away upset by the situation and goes into a bathroom.  Tim tries to comfort Eleanor who makes some hilarious faces while hugging Tim since he can’t see her face.  In the bathroom Ingrid comforts Amanda and all seems to be better then in a short time.

The foursome (Austin, Amanda, Piper and Tim) go out to dinner where Piper and Austin start to trade jabs – Piper picks on Cammy whom Austin defends.  Austin accuses Piper of causing ‘drama.’  Amanda and Tim both rush to calm the situation saying there is no drama.  Piper ends up storming out and Austin follows – they meet outside with the producers who coach them that when they return they should be reconsidering the whole reality thing.  Inside the restaurant Tim and Amanda make jokes.  Piper comes inside and pulls Tim away – so both Tim and Amanda can be alone with their respective dates – both Amanda and Tim do a good job of talking Piper and Austin into not leaving the show – thus “saving” it as the producers had hopped would happen.

By the way – thanks to SPIKE running the Wrestling show 5 minutes longer than was stated (to 10:10pm instead of the 10:05pm that was listed) I almost missed the next part – even my TIVO turned off – luckily I was actually watching and started recording again).

In a pre-eviction meeting Amanda thanks everyone in case she is evicted.

Someone working on the show reveals to them that Everett is indeed dead (the FROG).  It does indeed appear that Monticore (no relation to the Las Vegas Tiger) Cammy is very upset because she feels responsible.  Tim says “hey guys….. it’s a frog??”  - Ingrid says they should respect Cammy’s wishes and have a moment of silence.  We too are treated to a moment of silence – with scenes of Evereett and a note that he lived from 2001-2004.

Eleanor says she thinks Bryce will be very sad when he finds out about the frog passing away.  Tim thinks he will go postal.  “Cammy” tells the camera she can’t believe that Tim and Amanda are buying this.

The pearl necklace ceremony begins.  Each woman pleads their case as in the past.  Cammy mentions the foot massage in her plea – something that seems to irk Eleanor (since Austin used one of Eleanor’s coupons to get the foot massage).

Austin calls the ladies up to receive the pearl necklaces……

First up is Eleanor – who tells Austin she has something to say first…… she explains she has been waiting for alone time with Austin that never came – but she says thanks to the friends she has made – she is a wonderful person when she lets herself be.  She continues that there are many men that would love to spend alone time with her.  She rips off her locket and tells Austin to shove them up his a**.  She gives each of the ladies hugs, Tim looks stupefied, and she heads out pushing Derek aside.

Derek notes that there are 3 women left and 3 necklaces – and tells Austin to carry on.  So he does with all the drama as if anyone was to be eliminated….

Amanda accepts her pearl necklace…..
Ingrid accepts her pearl necklace….
And…. Cammy accepts hers after another dramatic pause.

Derek tells the ladies to savor their victories and Piper and Austin leave with him…

The men and women reflect on Eleanor’s dramatic exit and they are all very happy for her.  All the women comment that they got pearl necklaces.  Tim tells them if they need anymore the guys will be upstairs…  <nudge nudge, wink wink>…. The show ends.

Teaser for next week – Bryce returns and finds out Everett is dead.. to say the least he is not happy.
