6/8/04 Preston has already eliminated half the women the 1st night (a 2 hour special).  He knows what each woman's check is worth and so do we.  I predict it will end up with one low check value gal and one high value check gal.  As with all "dating/romance" shows like this I believe the producers ask the contestant to keep certain people if possible to create story lines.

Episode #1 Teaser: In the two-hour premiere, 16 ladies and the bachelor arrive unaware that they're playing "For Love or Money." When the women are told they are on "For Love or Money," they assume they would be playing for 1 million dollars as in the previous seasons but in the first big twist, the women discover the value on their checks will remain a mystery to them throughout the entire game.

Preston, the bachelor, eliminates the first six contestants, before learning that he too is playing For Love or Money. Then, in an even bigger surprise, the bachelor is shown the amount of money on each girl's check. As the dating begins, he must decide if he's interested in the girls based on their check values or their personalities. The second elimination shrinks the field of women down to six. 

If the final woman picked chooses her check over the man, then she walks away with the money and the bachelor goes home empty-handed. If the bachelor can convince the one final woman to pick him over the money, then he will have the final choice: her love or her money. Jordan Murphy ("Boston Public") returns as host of the six-hour series, revealing each new twist to the unsuspecting competitors.

Special 2-hour Premiere Monday, June 7 (9-11 p.m. ET) - This series - last 

summer's hottest unscripted drama -- returns for a third edition and again centers on 15 beautiful women who will compete for the affections of one lucky man.
