Celebrity Poker Showdown (Bravo):  Dunno if this is really a "Reality" show but I enjoy it - more details on my "Gambling Page."

Change of Heart (Syndicated): Hey, sweetie, we have been dating a while now so lets see what happens if we go out with other people and then air the dates in front of each other!!  I must admit I do watch it since its on late at night here, but I can just as easily turn it off.  I also sometimes never get to see it if Elimidate puts me to sleep. The Chase (CourtTV): "Two amateur "fugitives" vs. a team of professional trackers. Can the pair find a hidden $20,000 stash before being hunted down?" (Summer 2005) 

Clean Sweep (TLC): A team of specialists help pack-rats clean up their act and organize their lives. (Casting)

The Club (Spike):  Never saw it - apparently about a Vegas nightclub.

Colonial House (PBS): "Think colonial life was all about pious Pilgrims, powdered wigs and freedom for all? Think again! Two dozen modern-day time travelers find out the hard way what early American colonial life was really like when they take up residence in COLONIAL HOUSE, public television's latest hands-on history series from the producers of FRONTIER HOUSE, MANOR HOUSE, and the Peabody Award-winning THE 1900 HOUSE." 

The Complex (Fox): "THE COMPLEX will feature four couples selected to move into a condominium complex in Southern California. Each couple will have two months to renovate their own unit within a specific budget. When finished, the condos will be sold at public auction and the couples will be allowed to keep any profits they make." (From the website).  I watched the show - or parts of it....  nothing special to me - actually I haven't watched the final episode - it is still sitting on my TIVO waiting to be viewed....

The Contender (NBC): "NBC has joined with Oscar® nominee Sylvester Stallone ("Rocky"), executive producer Mark Burnett (NBC's "The Apprentice," "Survivor") and Jeffrey Katzenberg, Co-Principal, DreamWorks SKG for "The Contender," a new unscripted series that will launch a competitive search for the next boxing superstar.  "The Contender" will trace aspiring boxers from training camp through an evolving series of ring challenges and the final victor will claim a chance at becoming a professional prizefighter." Croc Hunter Challenge (Animal Planet): "Ten Americans meet the toughest tasks at the Australia Zoo and compete to win the trip of a lifetime around Australia." (From the site).  Casting Info

Cupid (CBS): Simon (American Idol) is the executive producer of this show, a woman and her friends try to find "Mr. Right" but only have 30 seconds to interview each guy. Then the group is weeded down to a final 10 guys who move into a house out in LA where they are eliminated and the public gets a hand in the vote.  If the final person weds the gal and they stay married for a year they get a million $$. (Casting).

Dance Fever (ABC Family):  "DANCE FEVER is a nationwide talent search show to find the bestdancer(s) in America. Auditions will be held this spring in: Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Chicago, and Miami. Videotaped entries will also be considered. The auditions and competition will make up the episodes of the show. " 

Date Plate (Food Network): Two people prepare meals for a man or woman with a budget of $50 and a ticking clocks - the potential date chooses between the two chefs based soley on the meal they prepare. (I've never seen it)

Dating Experiment (ABC):  From TV Guide, "Based on a Japanese hit, this new reality show throws together perfect strangers for a round of dates, à la so many other reality shows. But instead of the outings being orchestrated by a Clinton intern or diminutive butler, this time, the pairs must follow the orders found in a series of red diaries." 

Design Intervention (NBC):  Vern Yip - formerly a designer on Trading Spaces hosts this home-makeover show that sound like it will be similar to ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.  Production scheduled to begin in June 2004 with shows airing in September 2004.  No page yet - 4/04

Dog Eat Dog (NBC): 6 contestants eliminate one another by competing in stunts until one top dog is left who has to beat the elimited contestants in a battle of whits.

Dog the Bounty Hunter (A&E): "Bounty Hunter Duane “Dog” Chapman and his wife and business partner Beth are rare finds in unscripted television – they’re characters that truly capture the imagination of the viewer … at the same time they are capturing real life criminals on the run!  DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER will feature the home and professional life of Dog as he balances his bounty hunting caseload – he has caught 6,000 so far --  alongside his volatile relationships with Beth and his twelve children, some of whom work in the family business. " 

Dream Job (ESPN): A national competition for a one year contract with ESPN.  12 finalists compete and the public is a part of the voting. 

The Drive (CMT): "Each weekend, thousands of stock car drivers battle each other to reach their ultimate dream of becoming a NASCAR driver. In The Drive, cameras follow seven minor league drivers -- two women and five men -- as they risk their money, their families and their lives for the opportunity to compete in America’s most watched sport."

Elimidate(Syndicated): Bachelor/Bachelorette Jr.  - 4 members of one sex and 1 of the other, the lucky guy/gal gets to eliminate a person after each commercial break.  If the 4 people are men you can assume they will be pulling off their shirts and flexing sooner or later.  If its women, cattyness is sure to ensue.

Escape From Experiment Island (TLC): Escape?  I initially thought these folks were really trapped.  Alas its just the name.  A variation on Junkyard Wars where two teams build several things culminating in some kind of race in the end where the winning team "escapes."  Teams advance until a champion is crowned.

Extreme Makeover (ABC): Every day people undego big transformations including surgery to get a new lease on life.  Initially a special, now a weekly show.

Extreme Makeover - Home Edition (ABC): Honestly, this show is named just to capitalize on the success of Extreme Makeover.  Its mostly like Monster House - (and you can apply via a link on the Casting Page)
