8/28/03 If you want to see Jun from Big Brother - watch the MTV VMA awards tonight - I guess she will make some type of appearance.  But don't hold me to it.  Update - She was interviewed during the pre-show.

Just in time for a new Thursday night reality show.  Temptation Island III begins tonight on FOX.

Last Night: on Big Brother Jack was evicted (no shock to most of us) and Jun won HoH and then went on a trip to the MTV Music Awards - so keep an eye out for her tonight on MTV.  One interesting note - Jee/Robert did not know about the missing Rubber Duck - the girls knew but kept the fact it was missing from Jee/Robert - a lil tid-bit they didn't show last night.  Not a big spoiler - but the remaining 4 house guests still have no idea where jun has gone off to.

Paradise Hotel - Alex was booted off - and Zac showed back up - looks like all the evicted guests return next week and it gets pretty nasty!!  So tune in Monday.

The Family - the 'godfather' - Uncle Mike is now out of the running for the $$ - so here are only 3 people that haven't been eliminated yet.

The Family - I still like this show - its on ABC after Big Brother so I always switch over.

Paradise Hotel - is on right against Big Brother - so I usually tape it and watch it later.  One of the guys goes home tonight.

The Real Roseanne isn't on tonight - dunno why.

Race to the Altar has moved to Saturday's - gee - I guess I wasn't payng attention!!!

Speaking of Big Brother - CBS has extended the final until Sept. 24th..  Not a good thing if you ask me - for those of us watching ont he net things are getting BORING!!!!  I have been ready for it to be wrapping up - but thats the curse of good ratings.  NEWS ARTICLE.

Cupid follows Big Brother (cupid has been another yawner for me).

On MTV its Real World and "Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica" (another show I need to set up a link for!!) - the second show is a hoot - this marriage seems to be a train wreck from the start!!!

Premiring on FOX - "Performing As... "  - I need to set up info on this show yet.  I don't think it will be my cup of tea though.  People get dressed up and perform as famous rock/pop stars.

Last night - On Paradise Hotel - The ladies get to pick one guy to go on Wednesday.  The producers seem to want us to believe its Alex....  I'm just not sure - the girls sure seem to like him.  And THEN they show that ZACK comes back for some reason Wednesday?  YEEE GODS!!!  It has to be for the annoying factor because thats all he has ever done to me - drove me nuts with his self-serving attitude!!!

For Love or Money - Rob got the boot (Again in a way) - so now its down to 2 guys.  BTW - didn't like Rob at all - I thought he was the LAMEST "Bachelor" on all these silly shows.  Next was the Firestone dude from Bachelor 3 - ICK!!!!!!!!

Road Rules (MTV) - last week Donnell got the boot - so I assume this week we will see a new cast member.

NBC tonight does it again (and next week as well) - if you set your VCR to recor For Love or Money - make sure to set it to record for 70 minutes.  NBC runs the show over into the next hour in the hopes of keeping viewers lovked in to watch "Meet My Folks" - I hate it when they do this!!!

For those that are fans of Big Brother - the ratings again this year have been very good.  I follow the "Daily Overnight Ratings" that you can find on Zap2it's site.  They show that for the month of August Big Brother has, in its time slot, taken 1st eight times, 2nd once (against a Shania Twain Special) and 3rd once (Against a Dateline Special on Jessica Lynch).  Seems to me that this would indicate a very good chance of a Big Brother 5.  This past Saturday it was the highest rated show for the night.

The Restaurant final is tonight as well. 

On Big Brother last night they hardly showed anything - The visit from a former BB3 cast member wasn't shown - guess it will be shown Tuesday.

The BB4 House Guest that never was, Brandon, appeared on an d FX show called "Driveshaft" last night - I missed it - but it seems to be repeating Sunday at 3pm (check your listings).  Here is what Brandon said in an e-mail to me:

Driveshaft is airing this week, I'm not sure if this is something that
would or would not interest you, but I figured I would drop a line just
in case. Driveshaft is the show I did before the Big Brother escapade.
It's similar to Junk Yard wars.building something out of nothing, chalk
full of drama (too much in my opinion). We took a P.O.S. car and created
a sand rail. Two teams, winner takes home a new car or $30k. Loser gets
nothing. 

It's airing on FX (Fox's extreme network), on Friday August 22nd at
10:00 P.M.

As I said - I missed it - but checked TV Guide and it seems to repeat Sunday and maybe a couple other days as well.

Last night: On Big Brother Justin was evicted from the house and Jee won HoH (head of household).  A new twist is to be revealed today in the house and on the show Saturday (no show Friday).  To find out before Friday check out the BB4 info Area.

On Paradise Hotel Kristin was voted out and Amy said she was going to leave too - but they talked her in to staying because, "Zack would want you too" (gaggggggg).

On The Family the player teamed up and drove golf courses blind folded - Aunt Donna hit the chair George Hamilton was in - that scene has been teased all season so it was funny to see.  No one was hurt.  Jill ended up being the person losing their eligibility for the million.

Someone goes home on Paradise Hotel.

Other shows tonight - Cupid, Real World, and the final episode of American Juniors, 

Last night - oops - what was I thinking?  On Paradise Hotel It was a new female guest this week! Since a guy left last week they brought on two former rejected guests (I really am starting to feel they can't find any decent people applying) and the girls got to pick the one that stayed.  It seems to me they picked the one the guys would like the least.  So one of the ladies will go home Wednesday.

On Paradise Hotel a new guest arrives. It should be another guy of course since Beau left last week.  I missed last Wednesday's episode thanks to one of my rugrats hitting the record button.  I was not please to see Cartoon Network come on the yape instead of Dave acting like a mega-millionaire.  Luckily Fox has great recaps on their site.

NBC brings us the most "reality" tonight - with a repeat of Fear Factor and new episodes of For Love or Money II and Meet My Folks.

Road Rules Episode #13 airs tonight.

Last night I watched The Restaurant, as much as I try to like it that show does nothing for me... It seems pretty scripted too.  There were several times I felt they had dubbed in voices and lines and it just seemd odd.  Its over next week and they are already "teasing" for season too.  I can wait.

Also tonight, on NBC is Queer Eye for the Straight Guy - I just realized this is on both Bravo and NBC now.

Last night....

On Big Brother Nathan was evicted and the HoH competition was live - and it was still going on when the show was over.  It is over now (lasted 6 hours 20 minutes), if you want to read details (with pictures) and who won check my BB4 area.

I have not watched Paradise Hotel yet because I was too caught up in Big Bro (got it on tape though!!)..

Other shows last night.... 
Race to the Altar : Another couple was elimianted, sorry I am not up on names yet.  The young couple that has won a lot of competitions won again, they pretty much know if they lose they are out.
The Real Roseanne : Roseanne was show trying to get her show bought and I think taping a pilot - I dunno - its like the Osbournes and I just can't get into it.

A live eviction vote on Big Brother and (a tiny spoiler) it seems the HoH competition will be of the endurance type - like standing in one place forever or the "key" thing they did with Jason/Danni/Lisa last year.  if you just can't wait to see how wins the HoH until Friday (correction - Saturday this week) then check out the "Spoilers & News" area later tonight.

Paradise Hotel will evict one of the guys yet again after the cheating on casino night is discussed.

After Big Brother on CBS is Cupid, Fox has American Juniors, and MTV has Real World.

Last night....looks like the producers on Paradise Hotel have run out of people applying..... they introduced the guy that was NOT selected the 1st week (when Dave came on) - you might recall the guy that made fun of Beau who then made a knife across the throat gesture.  This guys appeears to be a bit of a head case!! At the end of the show all they guys were compeating in a casino night and the one with the most money gets to choose who gets kicked out Wednesday.

OnRoad Rules they group managed to complete their challenge so no one gets the boot (RATS!!! I wanted to see someone go again!).

On NBC : Fear Factor, For Love or Money II, Who wants to Marry My Dad (last show).

On FOX : Paradise Hotel - Toni is gone of course and a new guy shows up - or is it someone returning?  Should be interesting to see.

OnAmazing Race last night the "clowns" were eliminated last night.  I have a sneaking suspicion it was not as close as they made it seem.  I bet the guys were 2 hours behind the last team in.  So its down to the final 3 couples.  No more eliminations - just a dash to the finish.

I liked Race to the Altar, although I don't like the couple that dominated last nights show, they will go down fast if they lose an event.

I forgot to mention "The Family" last night.  "Aunt Donna" was eliminated as a potential winner of the million (unless she is the lucky family member that gets a second chance)..

Big Brother - tonight will shows the POV competition and if the winner uses it or not.  There was no luxury competition this week.

Last Nights Shows:

Toni got the boot on Paradise Hotel, so now that is two reality shows she has not won on (the first being Love Cruise).  Can't say I was sorry to see her go.  Some familiar male returns next week (no show tommorow) - my only guess at a surprise would be Amanda's boyfriend that came to visit, they all seemed shocked whomever it was.

NBC Ticked me off again last night.  I had my VCR (yes, some of us still use them) all set up to record For Love or Money II and then switch to get this weeks only Episode of Paradise Hotel and guess what?  NBC pulled the same trick they have used in the past and ran the show over the hour - so I missed out on who the guy was that took the money (10k) and ran.  I had even checked TV Guide to make sure it was only on for 60 minutes.  Maybe they keep more viewers than they tick off - but I could care less about the show now.

Donnel didn't get the boot on Road Rules?  I guess I missed last week's episode where he was saved, last night the new lady  joined them and they all camped out for 3 days and honestly there wasn't much to it...  this show just seems to be going through the motions at times anymore.

Paradise Hotel: One of the gals goes home tonight.....who knows who it will be - this is the only show this week.

For Love or Money II: One of the guys leaves tonight and gets paid to do it and Rob returns for an uknown reason.

Road Rules: I need to catch up on this show!!

Big Brother won 2 of 3 nights last week (in the ratings).  A good sign for the show. Today the winner of the POV will decide if he/she will use it like Nathan did last week.  This will all be shown Tuesday but will actually happen today.  See the BB Area for the scoop before the show.

Very late tonight on Bravo - the 1st episode of Boy Meest Boy repeats.

No elimination last night on Amazing Race as expected.  I would swear they said there were 4 non-elimination pit-stops earlier this year, but last night they said 3 - so there is still one more left.
