7/31/03  Tonight - Amazing Race we are down to 4 teams, so I do not anticipate an elimination tonight.

Queer Eye for a Straight Guy has 2 shows repeating tonight.

DId you miss it too?  Tuesday was the premire of Boy Meets Boy on Bravo.  Luckily it repeats and you can look at the schedule on the official site.

Last night on Big Brother..  David was evicted, Alison won Head of Household..what has happend since then?  The food challenge and nominations.  I won't spoil it here but you can read whats going on in the house in my BB4 area including nominations.

Last night on Paradise Island....  A new woman was added (Holly?) and the line is being drawn between the original people vs the new folks.  One of thegals will be going hom Monday (the only night the show is on next week).

Big Brother IV of course.  Expect to see the POV competition (From Friday), the luxury competition (From Saturday) and the potential use of the POV (From Sunday).  Toss in lots of plotting and it should be a busy show.

Cupid - I have to get up to speed on this show.  I did watch the 1st few episodes but missed most of last weeks.  It seems to me to have fallen right in to the pattern of the other "guys compete for woman's affection" type of show.

Paradise Island:  Ok - not news to many and I just figgured it out a couple weeks ago. Toni was on the Fox show Love Cruise.  I about slapped myself in the head when I realized this.  So what is sadder here - that Toni is on her second Fox reality show, or that Fox let her be on two?

Last nights shows..... Marry My Dad is nothing wonderful, same ole same ole, I did enjoy seeing Penn & Teller.  For Love or Money II - boring except the teaser for next week when apparently one guy gets paid to leave, and Rob (the duped guy from 'part I') shows back up for some reason.  Road Rules - one of the team members gets booted next week.  it will be either Darnell or ummmm one of the girls....(sorry - name escapes me - lol).

MTV has Road Rules and Surf Girls.
NBC has Fear Factor (repeat), For Love or Money II, and Who Wants to Marry My Dad. Nbc is pulling the stunt where they run one show over the hour to suck you into the next show.  For Love or Money II will run past the hour tonight.

New stuff this week: Wednesdays will have "Race to the Altar" on NBC and ABC is bringing back its show "The Family"

Now my Wednesday night are going to be nuts.  Between Race to the Altar, Paradise Hotel, The Family, Cupid AND lets not forget the live Big Brother show, my head will be hurting at nights end!!!

By the way - someone remind me the The Restaurant is on on Sundays - Its already been on twice and I missed it both times!!!

Weekend viewing would include Trading Spaces, While You Were Out, Real World, and lots more.

Amazing Race only has one female still in the race if I am right - and they are in last place.  Might be an all guy finish.

I wasn't shocked that Michelle was gone on Big Brother - I WAS shocked when Dana won HoH - she is out for blood and could nominate anyone today - see the results on Fridays show.  Nomination results can be found later today in the BB4 Area.

Boarding House North Shore is over, you can catch the last episode  Sunday if you missed it last night.

Directly against Big Brother will be Paradise Hotel - I will watch one and record the other.  Hopefully we will find out some more details on the aliance gone south that caused Amamnda to get kicked out last night.

Fame and Boarding House are the two other shows that I would try to catch.

Big Brother tonight - I imagine we will get to catch up on much of the plotting, and the Veto competition will be shown.  They may or may not show the Veto ceremony.  If not tonight, then tommorow before the eviction.   Updates & Spoilers in my BB4 area.

Last Comic Standing - we are down to six comedians - its getting close now.

The potential surprise on Big Brother is still in the works, the Veto meeting was yesterday - did it get used? Check my BB4 area to find out, otherwise you will have to wait for Tuesday, or even Wednesday's show to find out.

Big Brother teaser.....  things are shaping up for a shocking Wednesday, perhaps the best elimination night in the history of BB (honest).  Stay tuned!!!

Now its official - Michelle and Erica are nominated on Big Brother.  Of course they were actually nominated yesterday - but for those that only watch the TV show its news.  Psst - the POV was won today - but won't be shown on TV until Tuesday.  Check the BB4 area if you want a sneak peek.

Big Brother - Amanda was evicted 9-0.  Jee won HoH.  They revealed a lot of the goings on between Dave and Amanda last night.  What they didn't show was the bed squeeking, the comforter 'bouncing,' etc.  I've seen the tape and there is no doubt that those two christined the HoH room in the wee morning hours of Wednesday.  Within 3 hours of getting HoH Jee had already discussed his possible nominations with other HGs.  You can catch up on the details in my Big Brother IV area. 

Paradise Hotel - The new girl showed up on the show and thigs got tense as the ladies began circling the wagons.  Toni, Kristen and Amy are in one group and the other ladies are on the outside. Some of the guys seem to want Amanda out, but who knows what will happen come Wednesday.  Next week the show will be on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Boarding House, North Shore - I caught it again last night and its a decent watch, the surfing was amazing, seeing the size of the waves these guys take on.  There is just one or two shows left of this show so catch it while you can. It will repeat on Sunday.

Cupid was on last night and it was ok...... I dunno - this love-match-elimination thing is starting to wear thin for me.  The show has the main group of guys selected and next week the ladies will get the total down to 10 and they will move into some house and then slowly be whittled down I guess.

Fame- Its down to the final four after last nights show.  The "spoiler" didn't past muster so he was eliminated.

Big Brother tonight - live eviction - we think.  There is always the possibility that Arnold & company will not evict anyone since Scott left Saturday - but its doubtful.

The new chick shows up on Paradise Hotel and the original ladies know now that one of them will be gone next week.

Last night on a stunning development on Last Comic Standing, Dat defeated Dave in the weekly 'joke-off' - he won the audience vote 70-30 - and everyone was in shock.  Bye Dave - I thought you were the funniest of the bunch!!

Big Brother tonight should have the Veto Challenge and will show if Dana uses it.  Hopefully they will also address Scott leaving and get that bit of business out of the way.  They have no other challenges to show so between those items it will be a bunch of clips from the goings on the past week.  Of course the results of all of the above has already been revealed in my Big Brother IV area.

Tonights best bet for me besides Big Brother will be "Last Comic Standing" - its getting nasty as we get down to the final six comics.

Paradise Hotel last night.  Amanda stayed, and Matt was booted. The only "audience member" that has stuck is Dave - the others have only lasted a week.  The original group seems to be sticking together to whatever the "end" is.  So now the producers are forcing once of the original girls to go home next Monday.

Tonight on Paradise Hotel we get to see if Amanda takes her ex-boyfriends offer up and leave the hotel.  Would that mean 2 new ladies tonight?  it would seem to. I'll have to wait and see for myself since I don't know.

For Love or Money II begins with the 15 men being introduced - she will kick off five of them tonight.

And tonight will also bring Road Rules, where the open slot will be filled by "Chris" - a 22 year old from Indiana.

Big Brother - Amanda and Jee are nominated, and for the 1st time since the first week of Big Brother 3 when Gerry saved Marcelas the holder of the Veto might actually use it!!  I have decided not to "spoil" the Big Brother news on the front page but the gloves are off in the Big Brother 4 area so don't go there if you don't want to know the details of whats happened before it is seen on TV.

ok - I am gonna let you in on a lil secret - I don't know who got kicked out on Amazing Race last night cause i haven't watched it yet (its on tape - watching it tonight).  If you go over to the Official Site on CBS I am sure they have a good recap :)

In the Big Brother world show #2 was on last night.  Nothing new was really revealed - but for those of us watching the live feeds we learned that tonight (in real time - not on the show) Nathan has made his nominations.  I won't spoil it here for those that don't want to know.  If you do want to know check out the BB4 Area.

Paradise Hotel was a kick last night with the new guy (Matt) showing up and making waves.  Matt chose Charla as his roomate so Dave is the odd man out.  Alex and Amanda are 'almost' caught by Beau snuggling - but I suspect this was edited to appear to be a closer call than it really was.  Later on Matt snuggles with Amanda and Beau seems to be oblivious..... get the picture?  If you aren't watching it you are missing a goot soap opera.  Lastly Amanda's boyfriend (Jason) from before the show shows up and asks Amanda to leave the show - DOes she go?  Tune in next week (Argh!)

So I think I have my Reality viewing planned for the night.....
I will have to record Paradise Hotel which airs for 90 minutes tonight - 8:30-10pm my local time.
Then at 9pm its Big Brother of course.
And at 10pm the 1st episode of Cupid.  To be honest I am not sure if I am gonna like this show but I will give it a shot.

Yup - One "road ruler" booted and Amada was safe on Paradise Hotel. Looks like the players worked hard to get rid of the new girl and it worked.  The teaser for Wednesday's show shows her ex-boryfriend showing up - wow - reminds me of Big Brother!!  Speaking of Big Brother - the premire is tonight - FINALLY.  The remaining 5 HGs will be revealed and the live feeds will go online.  Can't wait.  I have more pictures up in the Big Brother 4 Area including links to an CBS Early Show article and video.  Oh yeah - For Love or Money ended and began.  Erin took the money then gave it up for a chance to double her prize.  Now she gets to pick from 15 guys.

Tonights OTHER shows to remember, Top Model, American Juniors (yawn), Real World Paris, Last Comic Standing (which is heating up a bit since they are now doing "joke-offs"), and Osbournes.

The Apprentice is still having open calls in various cities.
On the Casting Page I posted new information for a UK show which is also lookin for folks from the US or Canada - if you have a UK love connection.
The reality show "Starting Over" has begun filming in Chicago, but their site says they are still looking for women.

The number one item on Amazon at the moment is Pre-Orders for Clay Aiken's CD which will be released in August or September.  You can go to the Shop to pre-order his or Ruben's and Amazon will ship it to you as soon as it is released.

The time has come for us to part ways for the next 3 months.  I will do my best to stay in contact but my true love will arrive tommorow and her name is Big Brother.

As much as I care for all of you I can make no promises as to the attention I will give you when my 1st reality love has so much to offer.

Live feeds 24 hours a day, seven days a week (even if I can't really see EVERYTHING that happens).

The chance to see a reality show un-scripted and live, to know what will happen before most of the country and to know that I will know the real story even though the producers will try to play mind games with the viewing public as all "reality tv show" producers do.

Even you, "Paradise Hotel" whom I have come to enjoy cannot compare to Big Brother.  Your version of "live" is to tape a couple weeks in advance and then edit 7 days into 2 shows.  True, Big Brother edits 7 days into 3 shows but I know I can always go on the 'net and see what is happening, or go to the best 'live feed' site on the net bigbrotherfanclub.com (shameless plug) to catch up on anything I missed.

I will stay in touch with most of you, but I just feel a little sad knowing my time will be consumed by this one show and wanted you to know.
