9/30/03  Ok ok......  I am almost recovered from 3 months of Big Brother - time to try to watch some other stuff....  but as I check tonights line up - there is NOTHING on the major networks  - thankfully the cable line-up is full of shows to watch.

Spike TV - (formerly TNN) - Joe Schmo  - I know I say it every week - but this show is worth watching.  The new episode airs twice tonight with the previous weeks episode in-between.

Bravo - The Restaurant has been re-playing for the past couple of weeks.  You can also catch Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.

MTV has a full night of reality.  !st up is the Real World/Road Rules Challenge - Next Real World Paris, and finally Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica.

Last Night: I didn't watch any TV!!!  So I missed all of Temptation Island....  and I don't care!! Whooo Hoooo!!!! :)

Jun Song won BB4 by a decisive vote of 6-1.  Alison's only vote was from Nathan.  CBS is taking applications for Big Brother 5 - LINK

The Bachelor - with Bob from "The Bachelorette" premires.

Joe Schmo is on again tonight - seriously - you might want to check it out if you haven't seen it yet.  If you are willing to watch one guy be the center of a fake reality show (and he doesn't know it) you'll love it :)

MTV has the Newlyweds and Real World.

No Big Brother - the only show left is the final tommorow - there is not much "new" in the BB4 Spoiler area as not much has been happening n the house - so if you have held off from looking there you might take a peek now - unless you don't want to know who Ali/Jun think will win (they are pretty sure they know). 

Monday was a pretty light reality tv night.  Only NBC had shows on - I was out for the night so I can't even tell you what you missed (sorry!!!).

Friday's Big Brother was pretty boring, though it was interesting to see what has been up with the evicted HGs.  Notice how they didn't show much of Alison and Jun? Thats because they haven't done much of anything since Robert was evicted - they are bored to tears in there.  BB has allowed them to watch a movie - and the "Amazing Race" as well (hope no one considers that spoiling - I doubt they even mention it on the show).

Temptation Island III: Still not watching it.

Last night: Big Brother: Jun threw the HoH competition and Ali made a point in her farewell speech to say things she knew would be seen by the Jury (who get to watch the eviction ceremonies).  She then was very nice in her farewell message to Rob and he seems to have bought it.  Rob is now out and most of us are pretty sure who will win the grand prize of 500k.

Paradise Hotel: Tom was kicked out by Charla and then asked to pick another guy who he thought should go.  Tom, not listening close enough said Dave (thinking Dave would be kicked out too) - in yet another twist Dave got to kick out another guy and so he booted Beau over Keith and Scott.  Next show is on Tuesday - 2 hours long.

Paradise Hotel: Then there were nine.  We are down to nine guests and they need to get rid of them fast in order to finish this show up in the next week or two.  One guy is gone for sure tonight but I wouldn't be surprised if someone else goes as well in another "twist."

Last Night:  Ok - now I finally understand how Jun/Ali found out about all the nasty things Rob had said about them on Big Brother.   For some reason I completely missed Rob telling them about his conversation with Julie last Wednesday. Wow - how stupid can you be to spill the beans to people about how much you have been bad-mouthing them????  As for who will win - well - I have to pick someone I guess so I will "root" for Jun.  Why Jun?  Of the three remaining houseguests she is the only one that was a "fan" of Big Brother before the show.  Rob is on the show because of Erika.  Ali is on the show because one of her "ex's" (not Justin) applied and the Producers apparently didn't like him, but liked Ali when they found her.  Ali has played the better game - but Jun was a fan - my vote (not that i have one) goes to Jun - although if I had my way none of them would win. Cupid is over - and no one got married.  The votes gave the chance to Hank to marry Lisa, but as they stood before a minister he stopped the ceremony and said it wasn't fair to anyone (well - besides the public that had watched this all summer) and it wasn't worth a million not to do it right - so he didn't even give Lisa a chance to say 'no."  She agreed, said she had found the right guy (Hank) but didn't think it was right to get married just for money - so both implied they want to be married, but just not on national TV.  At the end the host said "see you next season" - so I guess we may see this show again next summer.

Joe Schmo - I missed the 1st time because it was on at the same time as Big Brother - but I did catch the re-peat two hours later.  I still give this show a thumbs up, and I don't feel sorry for Matt (Joe Schmo) because he signed up for this gig even if he didn't know it was a fake reality show.  Tune in next week to see if the show falls apart since as the show ended poor Matt was having a break-down after the "Rudy" clone was kicked off the show.

OOOOHHH - I also will make a point to catch Joe Schmo - this show is re-run several times during the week I think - and its a blast so far.  "Joe" is the only guy in the house of this fake reality show that does not know that its all pretend and everyone else is an actor/actress.  Jerri from Survivor 2 is a guest this week.

Yikes late addition - Cupid finale -  from TV Guide: "The final vote is announced and Lisa's Mr. Right must decide whether to propose to her, and if he does, she must decide whether to accept."
 

Last night  - I missed several episodes of Paradise Hotel, there are only two or three left - so I skipped the tapes I had and just watched it last night.  There were eleven guests left last night - and then both Melony AND Deserie were eliminated in yet another twist (Melony had to select one of two people she named as alies to go with her).  Still no clue what the grand prize is.

I updated the Show's page last night  - not completely but got a few more shows listed.  Its catch-up time for me now with Big Brother winding down. 

The Family will be on ABC - its coming to an end soon - a great show - at least to me.

Paradise Hotel is also on - I missed last week - I have it on Tape but haven't had a chance to watch it (that stinks!!)  I have decided just to watch it anyways and then catch up later.

Tonight: Paradise Hotel - last week one of the gals was booted, this week its one of the guys. Many of the formerly evicted guests also turn up and they have apparently been watching the show cause they know some stuff they didn't before they left!!

For Love or Money II  - I think this is the final show - and NBC runs it over into the next hour - AGAIN.  I hate this practice.  Fear Factor and Who Wants To Marry My Dad   will also be on.

MTV - Road Rules must be winding down by now - and half the original cast is gone - kind of takes away from the show when you have to get to know someone new every 3rd week.

Friday's Big Brother (remember I was away until last night): Jun goes to the MTV Video Music Awards and the rest of the HG's are left alone to guess at where she was.  Alison won the Veto which may be a factor in the nominations when they are shown tommorow night.
