Shortly after speaking to Kaysar about possible nominations April had a medical issue with her heart and ended up being tended to by medical personnel out of the house - or in the Diary Room.

Viewers of the live feeds found out about the problem about 20 minutes after April had last been seen on the feeds (when she was talking to Kaysar in the HoH room).   According to Eric both he and Maggie tried to help April, they described her problem as 'heart palpitations' Eric saying that he attempted to massage her carotid artery with no effect.

Both Eric and Maggie said April's problem was not a critical thing - but if her heart did not slow down she might have to be moved out of the house. About an hour after her initial problem she returned to her housemates and reported she was suffering from "super ventricular tachycardia" (SVT).  It is a condition she has had before.

According to Yahoo! Health Ventricular Tachycardia is, "a fast heart rhythm that starts in the lower part of the heart (ventricles). If left untreated, some forms of ventricular tachycardia may worsen and lead to ventricular fibrillation, which can be life-threatening. "  Read more about it here.

All seems ok now for April she says she is going to lay off the caffiene and cigarettes.
